than adults, according to NRC stipulation PIs have to sign each year. Accidents do happen and this is not something one shall take chances.
Plus, being competent is not a good reason for unfair dealing. Her boss
could ask for her favor to guide or assist the students, but not to take
over their works completely.

for foreign lawyers who finish a US LL.M. degree to qualify for the state
bar exam. The amendments went into effect on May 18.

try to get the prosecutor to agree to an "stipulated order of continuance."
Ur husband will have to stay out of trouble for a while, do anger management
class, community service, etc, but the DV charge can be dismissed at the
end.
May I ask, what crime is he charged with? Is it a misdemeanor assault charge
? I'm a criminal defense attorney in WA, happy to point u in the right
direction. |
