Breakfast: 2 slices of whole wheat bread - 150
Lunch: 1/2 cup of rice + 1 cup of stir-fried veggies + chive + pork slice +
pork bone meat - 600
dinner: 1/4 cup of rice + 1 cup of stir-fried veggies + several pieces of
meatballs + several small packages of cookies - 800
Total: 1550
Exercise : cannot due to a busy schedule
Retrospect:
No late-night snacking (Bad. but did eat too many cookies)
1200 (Ugle. too many cookies)
运动45分 (bad. too busy)

Lunch: 1/2 cup of rice + 1 cup of stir-fried veggies + 3 tofu + 3 meatballs + 1 pork bone meat - 600
dinner: several bites of pizza + 1/4 cup of rice + several pork meats + 1 cup of stir-fried veggies + several small bags of cookies - 800
Total: 1550
Exercise : cannot. just too busy.
Retrospect:
No late-night snacking (OK. too full anyway)
1200 (ugly, 350 over the daily limit)

dinner: 1/4 cup of rice + 1/2 cup of stir-fried veggies + several slices of roasted beef + 1/2 cup of stir-fried egg plants + several packages of cookies - 600
Total: 1350
Exercise : cannot
Retrospect:
No late-night snacking (bad. ate 2 bags of cookies)

Lunch: 3 pork bone meats + 1 cup of stir-fried veggies + 1/2 cup of rice + 1 boiled egg - 600
dinner: 1/4 cup of rice + 1/2 cup of roasted bean curb + several pieces of pork meats + 1/2 cup of stir-fried veggies + 1 handful of roasted peanut + 1 small package of rice crispy - 600
Total: 1400
Exercised : climbed 40 floors
Retrospect:

Lunch: 2 baozi + several stewed beef + 1/4 cup of noodle + 1 cup of stir-
fried locus root - 700
dinner: 2 baozi + 1/2 cup of stir-fried asparagus + 1 sesame ball - 600
Total: 1500
Exercise : not really. did play with the little one
Retrospect:
No late-night snacking (OK. quite full at night)
1200 (ugly. 300 over the daily limit)
运动45分 (OK. carried the little one for quite long time)
