7月6号的预产期，6月初检查认为宝宝偏小，约了三周后的B超，7月1号B超显示宝宝大
小算正常，但是羊水从6 月初的11直降到4.5（OB说5是下限）。也不知道为什么突然羊
水变少这么多，难道是后期我只顾补食，就忽略 补水了？OB还怀疑宝宝已经在肚子里
便便了。总之要我当晚就住院催产。我本来还一直在期待生产迹象的，结 果突然就被
告知要催产，医生甚至很吓人的说要我直接去ER，待产包都不要我回去拿。。。我还是
昏头昏脑的 和老公回去拿了待产包，跟爸妈交待了一下就去住院了。
当晚医生检查开1到2指，因为我假性宫缩一直很频繁，医生要我先自己在医院多走走，
看有没有可能自己发动 。我怀孕期间确实很懒，没怎么走动，那晚把差不多一周的分
量都走了，最后12点被告知正式开始催产，说先 给我用一个baloon催产。之前我只听
说过催产素，听医生说了半天，也只是大概知道要把什么放到宫颈口。后 来听了看到

择用staple，跟其他人没有区别，只是1-2周内在伤口recovering的时候会用silicon
strip贴在伤口上帮助恢复。但据我的经验，那个silicon的东西根本不管用。OB还说
stitch或者其他方式，效果其实都是一样的。
MM有类似经验么？？分享一下？是不是stitch什么的比订书钉好啊？或者其他好方法？
不想身上肚子上一道很难看的raised的红红的疤！！不过就算有其他好方法，OB肯定早

我有一个房子(SFH)出租了2个月了，TENANT是个来美国长期
出差的日本人。这个日本人从没住过房子，一点儿不懂任何
关于房子维护的知识。2个礼拜前他回日本过年，居然把所有
暖气都关了。结果上个礼拜大降温，把水管冻裂，水从2楼
开始往下流，把1楼和2楼之间的天花板泡软坍塌，然后把
整个1楼全给泡了。因为他不在，估计有好心邻居什么的看
见水出来了，打电话给CITY把水给掐了，否则损失要更大。
他昨天回来后才发现然后电话通知我，我才知道。
真是象恶梦一样的经历呀，2个月前几乎是一个全新的房子

很多人确实不太爱说钓鱼岛关键技术，其实我也是，很多原因，没办法，闷声发大财吧！
我前年读过也试过stitching，看似简单其实非常复杂，而且这个慢确实不是一般人能
做的。
板上肉粽太多，我都不原意再吐露啥有用信息。。。LOL。不过，我可以告诉大家，披
头士兵真的非常好，Looks Stupid，但是比传统的Spinngerbait好用，关键在于搭配。
这需要对Spinnerbait有一定深度的理解加实战经验。真正的大杀器，都是板上或是网
上说的不多的，又存在在大家周围的一些普通的东西。神马高度仿真，神马东瀛金贵器
械都是浮云，对心理上有帮助，OK，那就用吧，钓鱼就是个信心问题。比方说，超过
Avid系列的杆子，都没啥具体的实际作用，除非，你肯定知道莫种Presentation符合你
的钓鱼风格饵料的Presention是Perfect Match。像PM这种东西，绝对不能用重鸡哥或
是重锤，因此它就是个近距离的Finesse小饵，这种东西在大不留水库被抽得满地找牙
几里地是肯定的。关于冷水钓鱼的那种慢，并不是每个人都能做到的，我也不是每次都

今天是本地的斑马，也有全马但是自己知道还没有练出来，把首马还是留到10月的雪城
吧。上个月都是慢跑，8月跑了220mile。上一周taper的很猛烈，大概10mile的样子吧
。今天天气及其好，所以打算pr一下，beat五月的首半马1:40:xx。穿的是hyper speed
，实在没有比这个更适合racing的鞋子了。今天路很平，带了一块clif的bar拿在手上
的边跑边吃。前面1/4路程hold着很小心，因为我属于side stitch高危人群。中间鞋带
还散了一次。不过从第三麦开始就觉得挺有精神的，pick up了一些。从第4麦开始就不
记得有人超过我了，基本一路negative split向前。呼吸上，前3麦是6/6，4-6是4吸6
呼，7-10大概是4/4，10-12是2/2，最后瞎跑的2k时候side stitch立马就来了，不过已
经不管那些了。基本上没有注意garmin的时间，知道会是pr，因为腿一直觉得挺有力气

发帖数: 649 | 50 镜头有两个牌子，Rodenstock跟Schneider。我只有Schneider 35XL和90mm，所以这里
写的大部分都是网上看来的。
Rodenstock的HR系列镜头设计较新一些。价钱也贵。体积大一些。最大光圈跟实用光圈
的像场一样大。我认为这说明光线基本直射后背ccd，所以颜色漂移较轻。
Schneider的镜头设计老一些。颜色漂移较严重。35XL的片子几乎一定要做颜色校正。
最广的是Rodenstock 23F5.6。像场在最大光圈有70mm，可以支持一点移轴。价钱8k多
。这个在一个48x36的数码后背上等效15mm。移轴stitch后更广。
Rodenstock里面广角似乎最受欢迎的是32mm。这个解像力据说能满足最新的高像素数码
后背IQ180的需要。xitek上的ID山海关用这个头拍了很多大片。这个有17mm短桶的。价
钱也是8k多。
Rodenstock的40mm跟50mm据说都很牛。价钱6k左右。
Schneider出的广角镜头最常见的应该是35XL和47XL。原来还有个24XL, 现在停产了。
