各种锅有各的用没错，那个stockpot就是一普通锅，连30块都不值，就是卖个牌子，当
然颜色也不错。泰国镀的搪瓷确实不经磕，这是实话，你俩锅都留着，用一段时间不就
知道了么。这本来也是LC的低端系列，有什么可说的，是我歧视么，这产品定位就摆在
那里。

我光从产地就评论这锅不好了么？一开始就说了两种锅都用过，cast iron的LC锅我有4
个，这种“Enamel-on-Steel”的普通搪瓷系列我买过一个kettle。您又说了，
stockpot跟kettle不一样，咳，其实除了形状不一样功用不一样，这材料、做工还能不
一样吗？那个水壶，我一下没拿稳，失手在石质台面上磕了下，就2、3cm的高度，这么
轻的水壶，都能掉了一大片瓷，当天就生锈了，您非要说里面的材质是不锈钢我真是没
话可说。同样的，那么重铸铁锅也失过手，情况却要好得多。我只是根据自身的使用经
验，得出泰国造的质量太差的结论罢了，犯不着这样冷嘲热讽。
这个话题我言尽于此，大家已然伤了和气，没什么必要，违背了我开心灌水的原则，我
也不再说什么了。 |

用老外的那种stockpot, 可是，同样的材料，放到瓦罐（砂锅？）里，出来就不一样了
。下次你试试粉葛猪骨汤吧，也是汤汁很浓郁的那种，冬天喝很好。 |

的，皮脆肉嫩，唯一不足的是准备的太晚了，没有大的桶装火鸡，brine的不够入味
。今年早点brine ：）
Ingredients
