步，是阶段性的“相对”真理。
这里争的无非就是数学呀逻辑呀哲学呀都是科学的基础，是前科学。然后科学发
展了技术才能不断进步。作为科学基础的数学当然离技术很远，很显然越基础稍微进步
一下影响面越大，也更艰难。这是很显然的。以飞机为例，出现茹科夫斯基定理后这么
大个铁家伙能飞起来很容易理解，但之前只是确立NS方程能够确定的就有Navier、
Stokes、Cauchy、Poisson等五人，这是在造飞机200多年前了。不能喝水忘了挖井人，

苏联震惊世界的两大罪行：一是1939年8月23日苏德兩国签订签订瓜分中欧的《秘密补
充议定书》导致了第二次世界大战；二是1940年枪杀21857波兰被俘军官和公民的“卡
廷屠杀”。
苏联一直隐瞒《秘密补充议定书》这个罪恶密约的核心内容：
一、一旦波罗的海国家（芬兰、爱沙尼亚、拉脱维亚、立陶宛）所属领土发生领土政治
变动时，立陶宛的北部边界应是德苏兩国的利益范围的边界。
二、一旦波兰所属领土发生领土政治变动时，德国和苏联的利益范围大体上以纳列夫河
、维斯拉河和散河为界。
三、在东南欧苏联强调它对比萨拉比亚的利益；德国宣布它对这一地区在政治上完全没
有利害关系。
四、本议定书双方将严守秘密。
1943-44年，德国外交部把文件都制作了缩微胶片。1945年春，外交部下令销毁全部档
案，执行这项命令的卡尔·冯·列希只销毁了全部文件，而把缩微胶片藏在一个铁盒内
，用油布包好，埋在舒堡市城堡公园里。5月12日，卡尔·冯·列希向英军中校罗伯特
·湯姆遜报告了缩微胶片的事。5月14日，挖出装缩微胶片的盒子，20卷缩微胶片共拍
