发帖数: 1172 | 1 娃6个月多点，daycare传染的stoma flu。3天了，一天吐一两次，但是拉的厉害，刚吃
一会就要换好几次尿布。
而且关键是不怎么吃奶了。奶量从原来一天30 oz直接就减半了，整个人都蔫了，没精
神，就想睡，怎么喂奶都不吃啊。怎么办？
才3天就明显瘦了一圈， 看着心疼啊。明天给儿医写信问问。
妈妈们有没有类似经历的能支招吗？
probiotic 能给吃吗？能不能止拉肚子呢？怎么能让娃恢复胃口啊 |

发帖数: 28 | 2 大肠全部或者部分切除以后，由回肠在腹部造口，这个开口叫STOMA，stoma 是稍稍有
点突起的，外面套ileostomy bag.STOMA 很容易感染，颜色发黑而溃烂，所以病人教育
FOCUS是教他们怎么识别STOMA皮肤颜色变化，怎么清理ileostomy bag, 怎么盥洗，当
然还有精神鼓励，因为一般会有self image 障碍。
大概是这样的。不过我不是做 med-surg 的，还等别人补充。 |

Similiac Alimentum一周左右， 1/3浓度吃一天，1/2浓度吃一天，然后是不兑水的吃
。医生说要吃到便便完全正常才能恢复母乳， 昨天终于好了，才敢开始母乳。
你快点带去看医生吧。别写信了，打电话。我娃精神一直很好，食欲减1/3左右，都已
经瘦掉了，好心疼。。。。 |

发帖数: 2380 | 4 我家妞stomach flu的时候只要喝奶就又吐又拉，不管母乳还是奶粉。我听了我朋友的
意见，停了一天奶，只喂米粥，马上明显好转，第二天喝了少量奶，差不多第四天就恢
复了原来的量。但我们那时候已经十个月了，我不知道六个月可不可以这样。 |

昨晚吃的奶粉反倒没有拉。昨天白天吃的母乳拉的厉害。
今天试试奶粉。
一会看儿医检查是否脱水。
真心疼啊 |

Machame route is a non-technical route, most is hiking along the trail. And
of course, needs to deal with the high altitude. There would be guide/porter

发帖数: 363 | 10 虽然说去过的浮潜地方不多，不过体会还是有一些。每次去浮潜之前都会网上看看，调
查一下哪里比较好。很多时候网上别人的介绍是一套，真实情况并不是那么回事（英文
网站大多比较靠谱）。原因大概就是各个reviewer的水平了吧。有些人去过的浮潜地方
不多，就觉得什么都挺好，有些人去过的很多，寥寥几笔介绍，其实也是不错的地方。
这次出行这体会实在太深。夏威夷这个地方什么人都会去，有些一般的地方也被吹的很
好，然而很少有人介绍大岛的浮潜。我居然在来大岛之前都没听说过这里是潜水圣地。
看来大岛真的很大，玩的太多，一般大家都会选择去有名的火山，而不是美丽的kona海
岸。。。
1.USVI
St Stomas
1）Coki bay：鱼数量很多，而且很喜欢人，去喂他们虽然说有趣但是最后基本是你躲
着鱼。。。鱼的种类比较单一。在礁石附近游一圈能看到不少。来打个分吧。2.5/5 以
此为基准。
2) secret harbor。这个地方沿岸的礁石附近也有不少珊瑚和鱼，两位同学在这里看到
了海龟。不比coki bay差。2.8/5

1.facilitate maintenance of intake and output records
2.control unpleasant odors
3.prevent skin excoriation around the stoma
4.reduce the risk of postoperative wound infection

发帖数: 7030 | 17 这个挺有趣哈 我这么想 植物先进化出了各种各样的色素来吸收太阳光谱里面的很小一
段 之后才会有动物据此进化出识别这些颜色的视觉（比如看见绿色和泥土色石头色的
区别 因为要吃东西 blabla） 其他的动物色觉是不是也可以类推成co-evolution的作
用 比如说你看夜行动物像猫头鹰因为看不到食物的颜色压根就没有颜色觉
至于植物为什么只选择了那么窄的一段光谱来形成色素 比如说叶绿素 基本所有的光合
作用生物都有 而且基本都是吸收红/蓝光从而呈现绿色 这个不知道有没有人知道。。
也许压根就是随机选择了Mg做色素核心的结果？当然也有可能有进化原因
