发帖数: 1519 | 4 如果理解了鸡步的功用，就可以抓住其要点了。根据招式不同，鸡步会有多种变化。
我的看法是鸡步重点在于重心的转换， 以配合上身招法的发力和使用。
如果重心在前脚， 就相当于是drop step或是stomp，有踩踏之意，这就是所谓“如踩
毒物”，也有人喻作恐龙步。此后
1.后脚可以迅速跟上置于前脚后，此所谓"后脚追前脚"，作为虚步支撑，或有急刹车之
意，以平衡重心。至于后脚需不需要蹬力，要看情况吧。
2.可以提膝， 做金鸡独立之势，可作为膝攻击，如“狸猫上树”。当然提膝就得送胯。
3.也可以提膝后蹬腿攻击对方，如“刮地风” 同时可配合手法。此时前脚已变成后脚
，但重心仍在此脚。
4.后脚向前迈步落地，重心转移到此脚。此时前脚已变成后脚，以下重复。
屈膝降低重心这就不用说了。个人认为实战中，重心不必太低，适度就可，否则影响灵
活。当然练法和演法可以用低姿，以强化腿力。
至于肩部斜拧，适度即可，角度不必过大。 至于手法，可用持枪式。
俗话说揉太极，转八卦，走形意（心意）。心意又有打人如走路之说。此言不虚也。 |

Breathe, USC fans, breathe.
In fact, I'd suggest you ignore what happened Tuesday with Ohio State and
its slap on the wrist from the NCAA for a massive systemic breakdown and a
coverup by head coach, Jim Tressel.
Yes, when you hold up the Ohio State case and the USC case, it's impossible
not to conclude the Ohio State case was far more severe. It was, of course,
without question. No informed, objective person believes differently.
