Just got back from Steamtown, PA.

It is a downslop course up to mile 23. The final few miles got a few hills.

My plan is to run an even split practice. A stonger target is 3:10:59 and a weaker target is 3:15:59. The first one will let me qualify Boston Marathon for year 2010 and second will allow me to qualify for year 2011.

distorted guitar is pretty tiring. And I doubt most
Metal guitarists are half dumb, :).
But actually I just found out volume when recording is
very important. Since we are going to mix them up later,
each tracks will be relative weaker, so we need to
record it stronger than we really want. Also volume
seems pretty important to distortion. High volume
will make distortion sounds much better, as long as you can stand it..

另一门AUD,二月最后一天的晚上（5：00-9：00PM)考的,90分。
真不敢相信，AUD还考了这么高，我还以为不过呢。
至此，四门都过了。
BEC和REG都是考了两次才过的，分数都不高，都是80左右。而且还拖拖拉拉的
搞了将近一年。后来fulltime上班了，效率反而高了，因为知道自己没时间浪费了。呵呵
四门都是只做的wiley的题，Becker的题只是看了10道左右。
感觉wiley的题编的比较好，相同知识点题都放在一起，不同角度出题。
我一般是边做题边看答案，第一遍，错的就在题号旁边mark一个星号；
第二遍做题时，只做和看带星号的题，还错就再加一个星号；
如果有时间做第三遍，就只看带两个星号的题。
BEC是光看了wiley的书三遍和做了两三遍的题，没有模考过；第二次才过的
REG第一次考时，是看了一遍wiley的书和一遍Becker的书，
做了两遍wiley的题，没有模考，没有准备sim；考试的时候是那个手忙脚乱的，
也算是第一次看见sim模样。结果可想而知，没

states there is a prime between (n,2n-2) for all n>3.
Bertland Postulate is basically saying G(n)
(2) I did mention Opperman conjecture in my original post: there is always a
prime in the intervals (n^2,(n+1)^2).
However, a stonger conjecture there is always a prime in the intervals (n,n+
n^{1/2}) and Opperman conjecture is not equivalent to the two conjectures I
proposed here.

involve, so no matter what, overall, guys are stonger and faster if you are
comparing in same level. However, when you talks about, in double, there are
more freedom in range of shot placement, and each players' movement. It
creates a lot of mental and physical stress when you have to deal with going
back and forth and side to side. As for in mix, mostly just side to side
