starting qb was kicked out of team two weeks before the season, peterson
injured for three months before playsing bsu. Other than the loss of bsu,
bob stoops actually did his best coaching job of his career. |

We beat five top 10 teams that year, but OU only had 1 3rd round and 1 6th
round draft. It was the least talented team of Stoops other than his first
year 99. Great team work, great and motivated coaching can overcome the
talent difference, especially in college. |

efore and people just don't pay attention. OU was caught off guard. And, Bob
Stoops is an idiot in big game coaching. They were also blown out by WVU in
one BCS game (forgot the bowl).
The situation is different for the VT-BSU game.
We are the underdog, seriously. So the mindset is different for us heading t
o the gameday.
The pressure is all on BSU. Their NC hope is on the line. And, with 21 out o

texas would fold to OU even before the game started. MB lost to Stoops in
all kinds of ways that you can think of. After vince, texas really turned
around. That team started to play tough and had great confidence.
If DR can beat osu, I would put him in the same sentence as vy, not better,
just in the same category. |

OU是典型的客场虫，印象中去年是2-5包括中立比赛。虽然cincy现在有一定麻烦，但是
打我们会格外卖力。如果LJ再扔5个int，我们输的可能性不小。
tex主场坐战ucla，胜面极大。可是历史就是这样有趣：tx是big12
defending champion，ucla 已经输了两场，huge underdog；和13年前是惊人的相似
。tx 通常在rrr之前打的并不好。让我们拭目以待：看看ucla能否揭开本赛季的最大
upset。
最后我希望两个球队都能取胜，然后dallas OU打败太小，那道stoops的第7个big12 查
明pion。 |

it first will keep the ball. I was wondering really loud when I saw all of
11 OU players were in the 40-50 yard line to prepare for a tx onside kick.
The ball went into the endzone and the refs blowed the whistle even before
Murray had a control over it.
Even I was wrong, it was a mental breakdown for stoops not to put a single
person around the red zone. |

been a td. Obviously, the ball was only live outside of endzone. Once the
ball touches the endzone, it is a dead ball.
Still, if a tx player got it at 20 yard line, stoops would have been
crucified. |

都是，几乎没有什么senior leadership。如果能赢一场bcs，就已经overachive了。最
糟糕的就怕被赶鸭子上架，打bama 或者osu，然后被blowout，明年就没心气了。
目前我们赢了客场比赛，赢了close games，客观一点，Stoops 已经作的很不错了。有
时候，better luck than good。希望sooner magic 正式归来。 |

1.Gus Malzahn 现在AUB的OC。他主张的no-huddle offense一直为MEYER所垂涎，MEYER
不惜为此在08赛季后去OU取经。在他调教下，AUB今年的OFFENSE真是佛挡杀佛阿。
2.Kevin Wilson 现在OU的OC。可惜正如鳄鱼永远无法请到BOB STOOPS来甘城当HC一样
，鳄鱼不可能请到WILSON来当OC。
3.Larry Fedora 现在Southern Miss的HC。04年猪哥手下的OC。后来又在Okolahoma
State当过OC，每到一处，Spread进攻总是酣畅淋漓。难得的是此人招生能力也很强。
可惜人已经当上HC了，估计没啥心思考虑OC职位了--除非他在SMU战绩不理想被校方炒
鱿鱼。
4.Tony Franklin 现在Louisiana Tech的OC，当年AUB的OC。也是一个SPREAD OPTION的
疯子。但是因为08年在AUB的不愉快经历，很多人认为他的SPREAD只适合低级球会而不
适合SEC级别的防守。

maybe pc(with his vacated wins) and um are slightly better coaches.
Then you have Stoops similar to jt, not as good in bcs games.
JT may not be THE best, but I doubt that osu will find a better replacement. |
