是这么快，一定要赞一个。
这样140审请算是告一段落了，下面专心准备485。
承诺过的要发包子，现在按前几天的回复按ＩＤ顺序发吧，不多，全发完。
再次感谢版上大家群体智慧的帮助。特别是junegt和mirmaid两位同学的ＰＬ模板，自

EB1B-140：RD 4/29
USCIS网站的状态变化：
Acceptance: 5/1
PP clock stop: 5/6
Approval: 5/7
当时看到pp clock stop之后做了点作业，发现很多１４０PP都是先clock stop，第二
天一早才显示approval。
总的建议：
１.如果公司能支持EB１B，无论你背景多一般，都尽快去找几个律师evaluate一下，如
果有律师愿意接，基本就能过了，即使律师是勉强接的，也很可能过，如我的同事（见
文尾）
２. 一旦决定做EB１B，尽快开始写完第一封推荐信（最好是导师的，以便总结大部分
research），剩下的就会很快了。
***背景***
PhD in Computer Science
湾区大公司applied researcher.
***paper：
２０＋，申请的时候去掉了中文文章（免得翻译公证啥的麻烦）和非referred
workshop（免得RFE）， 剩下１６篇。

问，今天议员居然回信说：
Unfortunately, they stopped processing the EB1 China cases along with the
EB2 cases, for this fiscal year. However, when the new fiscal year starts,

，以为是yeild sign, 快速一溜而过，正好一个警察大爷藏在那，专门捉了我。
我不太记得几年前是具体如何appeal的。
我的建议
1. 态度良好，承认自己没看清sign。 别说是警察大爷犯错误了开了错误的罚单。
2.最后看清stop signs,想停车，可是车速惯性不允许马上停下来，越了线。无辜。
3. 没有前科，守法公民，下次更小心，保证不再犯。
不过， 别完全听我的，你也可以不承认stop signs 没停。 我担心如果我的方法不奏效，你会怪我的。$100大洋，不可承受之重呀！
上庭后，麻烦过来说说结果。 祝你成功！！ |

砖出来，
说我Stop sign没停。我其实根本就没看到任何 Stop sign。
但是今天知道 Mit一个警察受伤身亡，很难受！ 准备不appeal罚单了，直接交钱，以
此表示我对警察系统的慰问和支持！！！！！

警车并没有尾随我们，我们开的位置有点复杂，一条200m的路段有5个stop sign，都是
十字路口，关键是我们都full stop了，十字路口的位置我们不停稳怎么看其他有没有
车或者人呢？只是停下的时间绝对不是一分钟那么长而已。我们都是听到警车的声音响
一下就停下来了，而听到的时候警车是突然从另外一个岔口开出的，并未跟在我们后面
，我觉得他没有直接判断我们是否full stop的能力。其实罚50也就算认了，谁叫咱们
不是停下的时间没有警察认为的那么久呢？关键这个court fee我还是头次听说，是不
是我们上庭申诉成不成功，这个钱都要交呢？如果是这样，我觉得真的很过分。 |

然后转弯。
这样需要三秒甚至更长。这三秒不是给你看行人的，行人在附近根本就不该开。这个
stop sign
最适用于小路进大路。
红灯stop也是小路进大路。也要看右边因为可能有车U-turn。
无论你停不停够三秒，知道了总是好的。 |

心的开车还是被几十个的stop sign中逮到一个rolling stop.发放罚单的叫MRCA,类似

好吧，不是什么有没full stop的老问题。
刚下的高速，单行道，车比较多，车流缓慢，没超速问题。
我就跟着前面慢悠悠往前挪，我后面有一定距离才有车。
一直挪到一个红灯前，发现一辆警车闪着顶上来，靠边，灯绿了前车就都走了。
警察说刚才有个stop sign你没停，这里还是school area。。。
最后给了张直接上court的单子，请问这个是不是比罚单要严重啊？求建议！！！
另外，OH的驾照不能直接转要考交规，手续还很繁琐转完plate就崩溃了，而且过期时
间按I-20写，我
转过来反而比原来MN的要早过期，所以当时没转，现在打算两个多月后离开OH了，就更
不想转了。
今天警察口头上叫我转驾照，但没写进单子。
如果用推迟court的办法，万一推迟完他还去了，估计我得转好驾照，不然又是个问题

回来时，还没出old town就被警察pull over说我前面一个stop site没有停，但我记得
明明我每个stop site都停了啊，argue了一句没有用，我妻子也觉得我停了，还下车去
问了一次，警察语气很差，说他就在十字路口另一边，看到我们没停，但我和我妻子都
注意到我们停了，而且完全停住了，开了有一年车了，一直很小心，从来没拿过ticket

所谓的fight，就是：
拿到ticket后，约时间，出庭，法官问你认不认罪，认的话就交罚款，回家上驾校；
不认的话，约第二次上庭，跟给你开单子的警察当面对质。
你的机会在于，如果那天警察没来，你的ticket就可以免了。（不知道发生的概率有多
大，但是我亲眼见过。）
但是如果第二次上庭警察来了，基本就是输，然后交罚款，回家上驾校。
我不会告诉你，有人在家门口的stop sigh被蹲点儿的一个有十七年警龄的cop抓。第二
次上庭的时候，法庭照顾，还给配了个台湾奶奶当翻译。然后该cop出示了一张两米见
方的手绘现场图示（画得还不错，蛮卡通的）。折腾了一大通，结果就是，交罚款，回
家上驾校。 |

construction zone $900/ticket。个人不赞成; 人非圣贤，孰能无过。但势单力孤。
只能提醒大家注意：
1. 住在Hayward的人，请特别小心！！！！已经安装四个Camera, 周末罚单爆棚！新的
Camera还在继续安装。 请务必小心 ！
2. 101 和SFO附近 的stop Sign 小心 ！！！EL Camino /Highway 82 靠近 SFO小心陆
续会有新的camera。
谨记： 见STOP sign， full stop 三秒 !!!然后再右转 ！！

转的规定如下：
Right turn against a red light–Signal and stop for a red traffic light at
the marked limit line. If there is no limit line, stop before entering the
crosswalk. If there is no crosswalk, stop before entering the intersection.
You may turn right if there is no sign to prohibit the turn. Yield to
pedestrians, motorcyclists, bicyclists, or other vehicles moving on their
green light.

，失败后上了法庭，也败诉了。最后也没有给我上驾校的机会，直接扣了一分。
不知道自行车的ticket会不会扣分。如果不会扣分，可以试试。不然最好交钱上驾校，
上庭个人感觉成功率很低。法官就问你stop了没有，如果你确实没full stop，肯定败

shot stop，这个比已经算有争议的ballistic gel测试更有争议。
手枪弹头打到自己闭合有弹性的肌肉组织上，出血不多，你不怕疼不怕死能撑好久呢，
不是去年有人给Speer Gold Dot 124gr+P 9mm打了二十几枪还活着吗。
我基本先看penetration，有了足够penetration再看expansion。又大又重的JHP弹头表
现都比较好，再说打血管神经等擦边球时直径大些更有优势。当然首先是要打准了，接
下来嘛就是勤快点，要打得多些。
我是用9毫米和点四五相互督促，9毫米先打得更快，点四五水平随后设法跟上，然后9

突然出现障碍，有什么办法急停么？我现在只能绕开。但是担心绕不开怎么
办。在youtube上见过用类似hockey stop的方式快速减速的。但是实在
是学不来。T-stop什么的又太慢，等站起来脚甩后头去，一般已经太晚了。
是不是只能学Eddy Matzger那个front T-Stop啊？

Here is my 2cents:
1st:
- try one edge straight (eg left foot); one edge (right foot) pernenticular
to the forward direction; lower your weight; twist your butt out to the
straight leg's direction (left).
2nd:
- try harder on your right foot; push ice out; make a quicker stop.
3rd:
- try use both edges to stop.
4th:
- try lift your left foot; now you can make a single edge stop.
If you try hard you may master it in a few days. |

说，也不不准备上方形的系统了，太烧钱。我现在镜头是16-35（82mm)和24-70（77mm
），应该16-35用的多，再买个转接环就可以了。最后请大家推荐一款够用，便宜的
82mm 3-stop ND。 |
