上场的争议，大家都消消气，从对方的角度考虑一下。扣粉凭心而论很克制很客观，挑
事的其实都是一些第三方球迷。说拍粉过激的也可以想象你支持的球队刚刚挺进SB，却
立刻被扣个屎盆子，心里有多憋屈。
不知不觉已经是系列第十篇，也是最后一篇了。有始有终，也算是do your job了。开
始写是胖胖的一句玩笑，另外也希望抛砖引玉，带起其他队的粉丝参与。很高兴上个礼
拜每场比赛都有前瞻。比起乱歪骂娘，我觉得这些讨论有趣多了。我每篇都尽量公平客
观，从没奢望过能准确预测赛程比分。
当然最大的动力还是我拍争气，从On to Cincinnati开始，到On to Seattle，短短十
几周完成了涅槃重生。15年9次CCG，6次SB，这样的成绩在salary cap era相信是前无

Blindside的75号来打中锋，效果立马白天黑夜！
前几场的新鲜人59号实在不行，Snap后不会block, 要么发呆，
要么和OG共同block一个DT; 由于只有289磅，很多场被
DT撞倒或挂着走，实在让人干着急！Winston今年的interception
十次有八次都是因袋子破了后受压而扔！75号的体重有320
磅，运动天赋很高；Snap后立马能进入block的状态；
上场对BC是第二场担任新角色，两个球稍微高了一点；以后
会越来越好。看好下场对付马四场的防守！
去年的22个starters走掉了13个，包括中锋；叫什么名字不知道；
去哪里了也不知道！对中锋的存在不以为然。只有进攻线出问题了
才仔细观察，中锋原来特别重要(对于passing game来说）。既
要snap准还要block快而到位，有个大脑处理过程。一堆大胖子里面
最需要智商的角色。
那么去年酋长队的中锋去哪了，原来正好来到我的NFL球队，伟大的

1. 400-yard Breast stroke. After reviewing the youtube swimming lesson, now
I can swim breast storke 28 second for one lap. Pretty happy with that, but
I need more protice and see if I can improve a little more.
2. 300-yard front kicking.
3. 300-yard front claw without kicking.
This is the first time swimming 1000 yard in hour.
My goal is to keep this record (mine).

distance per stroke(DPS)/stroke length(SL)
同样距离stroke少比storke多更完美。
同样距离stroke频率(rate)增加，stroke次数不增加也体现stroke效率没有降低。
冲刺型的游泳需要部分用频率替代效率。不考虑极速，可以更注重stroke，说不定可以
练到以更少的体力消耗达到更快的速度。
这个自己验证过了，stroke效率高的话自由泳放松游平均一次划水一个身长距离，普通
游3/4身长，冲刺游2/3身长，包括蹬壁出发，放松时的2-beat kick或高速时的6-beat
kick。stroke更好的高手DPS/SL更长。不少人普通游时DPS/SL只有半个身长多点，有提高
的空间。即使是放松游已经效率高了，也有保持这个效率同时缩短时间的挑战。
完善stroke的好处是训练目标不直接和时间挂钩，但和水中阻力和保持平衡等密切相关
，好的stroke就是在水中阻力小。阻力小在低速时优势不明显，在比赛或高速时阻力小
有非常大的优势。这和车子油耗在市区相差不多，在高速越流线油耗越低是一个道理。

First of all, I think if you swim long distance, breath on 2nd stroke is
totally fine and even preferred, since you got maximum Oxygen and lowest CO2
build up. It goes hand and hand with long stroke.
However, if you always breathe on one side (Right), it tends to create under
rotation for your non-breathing side (left arm/shoulder) and maybe over
rotation for your breathing side (Right)

发帖数: 130 | 14 本月初，我去了趟佛罗里达。6月的佛州，雨季已经开始，蚊虫也多了起来，不算个游
玩的好时节，不过我玩得倒是很尽兴。我既去了一些耳熟能详热门的景点（Miami, Key
west, Everglades），也去了不少冷门景点，特别是玩了几个National Wildlife
Refuge（国家自然保护区），见到了相当多种类的动物。热门的景点就不说了，分享一
些冷门的景点/活动，抛砖引玉。
由于是夏天，天热，我便起早贪黑，把主要活动安排在早上10点以前；下午5点以后。
这两个时段也是动物觅食的时间，看到的机会更大。可惜的是，我的望远镜（20刀买的
）太次，近处的看着还行，远一些的动物就只能看见个轮廓了。
1.在开往Key west 的路上，有两处可以停留。
A. 77.5mile处，有一个小码头，码头边的水里，有很多长度超过一米的大海鲢（
tarpon）出没。可以花钱买点小鱼，喂大海鲢。在YouTube上，有不少大海鲢从水里跃

stork vs jaedong第一盘有434,196 view，这里韩国人不会太多，人家有自己解说。
