如果有两个建设项目，一个紧靠一片自然水域，一个离这片水域较远，但是两个项目产
生的stormwater都会经过处理排放到同一片水域
那么，这两个项目对这片水域water quality的影响是类似的吗？还是一般要对紧靠水
的项目雨水处理要求更严格？
请高人不吝赐教，谢谢回答~~ |

近，导致我家院子那块总是潮湿，很多青苔，fence footings都烂掉了。目测他家排放
水管离fence非常近，不超过10 inches。
打电话到town里询问code，他们说这种属于civil dispute，town里不管，让我们找律
师，说mass General state law有相关规定。请教这里的朋友，有知道相关法规的吗？

今天才从朋友那里知道，原来老公的职位那么低：environment specialist。工作9年
了，master，有PE，CFM，居然连assistant engineer都不如。这简直是赤裸裸的歧视
。而且老公说，他入职申请的时候是stormwater engineer，结果录取后，职位改成了
environment specialist。他曾经抗议过，没有用。我嫁他时，他已经工作5了，说是
civil engineer，一直都这么说，和他爸妈朋友都这么说。没想到居然是specialist，
而且我也不懂，还以为只是比senior engineer低呢。太气愤了！

他当年申请的时候是stormwater engineer，结果进去后就给了个specialist，这算不
算一种歧视？
这两天我憋屈死了，老公太懦弱了，太没有承受力了。整天脸灰灰的，晚上早早的睡，
中午还睡午觉，仿佛睡了觉就能解决事情了。EEOC的材料要我替他写，问他详细情况，
没2句他就不耐烦了。说是一想起来就委屈生气，再多问两句他就说烦死了，索性交了
resignation letter。我和他说，比我们情况更糟的人有得是。我们还有这么多热心的
朋友帮助和指点。这样下去怎么办呀？该怎么鼓励他？ |
