eligible to buy a gun，这是最高法的职责。
至于上面讨论的一大堆各种情况，在这里把嘴说破了也没用，因为它取决于当时的具体
情况和陪审团的看法。对于criminal case, 除非有无可辩驳的物证人证，绝大多数情
况下，检察官要做的是证明beyond reasonable doubt, 陪审团要判断的是beyond
reasonable doubt你是否构成了这个offense，而这个判断并非非黑即白，跟检察官，
辩护律师，陪审团，以及案子具体细节有关系。所以大家搞这么一大堆有逻辑陷阱的
case，说实话没啥意义，只要检查官有本事说服陪审团，就算咱们大家都公认不成立也
没用，还是保险一点好，有嫌疑的事压根就别干。
我觉得大家习惯性地理科思维，逻辑必须一环套一环。在法律上讲，逻辑是很重要的，
但是绝大多数案子是没那么清晰完美的逻辑的。所以如果你认为检察官没有足够的逻辑
来给你定罪，那可就要小心了，法庭上的游戏不是这么玩的。 |

（1） 网购枪支，从销售商到FFL，TRANSFER的行为是在销售商和FFL之间，和张三李四
等个人没有任何关系。
（2）张三或李斯填表再交上FFL手续费拿枪，这个交易是在FFL和个人之间。
（3）现在的网上销售商在发票上会额外TYPE一句话："NOTICE TO TRANSFERRING FFL:
TO AVOID POTENTIAL FRAUD, PLEASE ENSURE FIREARM(S) ON THIS INVOICE ARE
TRANSFERRED DIRECTLY TO THE BUYER LISTED"。啥意思？你懂的。
（4） 在我前面排队的两个白人，一老（55岁左右）一少（三十左右），老的说我是他
爸爸，买把枪送我儿子当生日礼物。 FFL说：“请问是谁的名字在销售发票上？”老白

我家娃不喜欢sippy cup，所以是直接上的straw cup。她9个月左右开始用straw cup喝
水，但一直不爱用这个杯子喝奶，直到一岁时我强行戒掉了奶瓶。之后用这个cup喝水
喝奶都没问题了。
洗staw cup麻烦一点，我一般是先把能刷的地方用soap刷刷，然后接半杯热水拧紧，把
杯子倒过来，会从straw里流出很多soap water，就算是清洗了。然后杯子冲掉泡沫再
接半杯热水重复以上步骤，把管子里的soap water冲掉。另外每隔两天放在dish
washer里高温消毒一下。另外有专门刷straw cup的刷子，不过中间部分也不好刷：

regular straws and throw them away after use. It is much hygein than wash
the straw. It leaks a little bit, but not too bad. You have to teach the
little ones the right way to drink, and so far he is fine with it.
Also, fyi...the school my son attends prohibits using the sipping cups for
all ages. The kids have to learn drink directly from cups before 18 months.
