离开北方的苦寒之地，终于降落在了New Orleans。在机场大厅里时看到Louis
Armstrong的塑像，这个黑人天才睁大了他的牛
眼，准备吹奏出又一段炫技的小号solo……
离开机场直接去了Bourbon Street，没多久就站在了街口。这条小而窄街道以法国
殖民时期的小酒馆、蓝调Jazz 和法式的醉生梦死而
著名。
但是和许多声色场所的非黄金时段一样，下午的Bourbon Street略显冷清，表演哑剧
的街头小丑只在我们走过的时候才比较卖力。小酒馆虽然
都开着，基本都半开着门，黑人waiter们坐在门口用如歌的嗓音聊着天。
冬日南方的阳光温暖却不明媚，和此时南美洲热情如火的艳阳比起来，这里的阳光像
是年代久远的金器上的反光，让人忍不住想要找到这光芒。但是当你抬头

places on Wall Street to go to if you are laid off - Private Equity, Hedge
Fund, Prop Trading firms, other investment banks ,etc. The job market is not

发帖数: 4 | 42 今天第一次接到电话面试，是Jane Street的，不知道为啥我申请的是research，他们
打电话过来说最适合我的是trading，于是就这么糊里糊涂的就开始面试。之前查了不
少题，确实类似题目很多，难度不大，这里就不赘述了。
但是面试过程超级有趣，今天的面试官太喜欢赌博了，每一道题之后都要跟你赌你这道
题对没有（他会说，你有40块，我有1块，要是你对了我把1块给你，你输了你把40给我
，你干不干？），我属于狂自信那种，所以好几个题都号称自己有95％以上的把握做对
，结果做错了，于是老被面试官教育说不reasonable...所以不出意料是挂了，但是看
到近一年来大家post上来的关于Jane Street的都是题和解答，没有几个人说这个面试
官喜欢跟你赌博的问题，就上来给大家报个信儿，以后要是遇到Jane Street面要注意
这种喜欢赌博的哥，不要过于自信，尤其是有一道题赌错了之后要注意收敛，我想这也
是做trader的基本素养吧，见好就收，哈哈。
总之今天面试虽然不顺但是学到了很多东西（也可能是我自己没查到，有人也发帖说过
赌博问题吧，呵呵），收获还是比较大的。
