overtraining其实是over stress。对于有些人来说，training可能是最大的stress来
源；但是对更多的普通人，training只是很多stress中的一部分而已。债务，考试，被
老板骂，酒精，睡眠不好都是stress来源。当身体无法handle这些stress的时候就崩溃
了。
不要把训练和生活分开来看，不是多喝几杯粉就能解决生活中的大小问题的。我觉得对
瘦子来说连吃都是一种stress，我崩溃的时候根本不想吃东西……

发帖数: 611 | 27 你和这个医生都是对的，单凭EKG不能诊断CAD，阴性的stress test不能r/o CAD. 所以
我们要看pretest probability, 如果像你说的EKG有ST elevation, 那这个病人应该直
接送去cath lab. 如果只是ST depression,TWI之类的又是旧的，那需要一个stress
test. 但如果是新的，属于high probability,应该直接cath，因为你就算做了stress
test如果是阴性仍然可能是假阴性，cath逃不了的。

首先声明一下我说的屈服强度是yield strength。
看下图，stress-strain curve总认识吧。当金属物体处于弹性区间的时候，stress跟
strain是纯线性关系（胡克定律你懂不？），也就是下图里直线段那一段。在这一段里
面，物体受力形变了，当力量松掉之后还可以回复到原来形状。
在弹性区间里面tensile strain跟tensile stress之间也是线性关系，线性的系数就是
你经常挂在嘴边的那个E（杨氏模量），它在这个区间里面是一个常量，不变的。这也
就是为什么我之前两次提醒你不要老惦记着E。
当stress超过了屈服强度yield strength（图中y轴上的sigma_y）之后，物体将进入塑
性区，这时候施加在物体上的力就算取消了，物体形变是不可以恢复的。
因此在这条stress-strain弹性区间斜率固定的前提下，谁的sigma_y（屈服强度）越低
，谁就越快进入塑性区。金属物体形变不是一个杨氏模量就能统领全局的，眼光要开阔
一些。

大脑有一个很重要的功能叫做：executive function
EF包括4个大的方面：decision making；impulse control；planning/forset；
attentional shifting
衡量一个人脑子好不好使，就看一个人的EF能力是高是低就好了；
且教授宣称，一个人的EF能力能够很准确地预估TA的“前程”/成功率,而不是IQ :)
注意EF其实囊括了IQ和EQ，就是both congnative and emotional aspects
教授也说了，不是所有的stress都是有害的，然后有给有害的stress的定义，恕小的无
才，没记住 :)
大致意思是，如果这个stress让你有out of control的感觉，无法concentrate的感觉
且stressor is not in your control，so you feel helpless，那么这个stress就是
有害的啦；

孩子在学习过程中所经历的stress和面临危险时所经历的stress是同一性质的。
