,事后大幅度stretch要好得多,而且stretch也是有限度的。

1, towel stretch, 2, standing calf stretch, 3, plantar fascia stretch, 4,
frozen can roll, 5, sitting toe raise, 6, towel pickup.
还有脚底踩高尔夫或者网球等等,都可以,前几天,哪个哥们在这专门说过。 你可以

个练习,比赛前做第0个和最后两个,最后两个要轻轻地做几下足够。千万不要做当中
两个。
再补充两组横向拉开胸肌和肋肌的stretch,一样要轻轻的做,做几个足够。如果你不
清楚怎么做我帮你找一下。
大强度的stretch一定要放在比赛之后。 |

个练习,比赛前做第0个和最后两个,最后两个要轻轻地做几下足够。千万不要做当中
两个。
再补充两组横向拉开胸肌和肋肌的stretch,一样要轻轻的做,做几个足够。如果你不

For the speeds of the easy run or tempo/speedwork, I already mentioned so
many times. For sure, they are not mark and you don't read them or forget

the blood flowing and makes the muscle warmup. Static stretch will reduce
force output so it is really bad to do it before the workout.
After workout, static stretch deforms the muscle tissues, and increases the
tolerance for pain. It is very good for recovery and the next day exercise. |

To keep knee warm, just dress more :), in fall one can dress 秋裤 ahead of
time. Another trick as I said: At work I have my computer workstation
underneath the table, and I turned it back with fan blowing hot air to my
knee.
For warm-up or at-home exercise, I think moderate stretch is enough. Don't
do over-stretch in game, and no over-stretch in warm-up either, it doesn't
help anything. |

也吃sams club那种骨胶原,反正三天打鱼两天晒网的。
冰敷,热敷都干过,
不是很疼,但是别扭,特别是膝盖后面和侧后面,老觉得别着筋。
之前用过foam roller,效果不好,还更坏了,就一直没再用。
最近又想起来,网上google下,觉得可能是itb,之前也想过这个问题,但是当年跑步
每周跑40mile的时候也没有itb,就没认为真的会是itb。这次好好学习了一下,包括怎
么stretch itb,特别是用foam roller,发现之前用法错误,可能导致更坏的原因。
然后回家开始按照youtube的示范,抬高腿平放桌子上stretch,用foam roller
stretch,本来很不舒服,结果用过当时就觉得好很多,第二天打完比赛比从前不舒服
程度轻很多。这几天做下来,感觉越来越好,让我看到痊愈的希望。不过用foam
roller的时候还真挺疼的,另外一条膝盖没事儿的腿,相同动作就不怎么疼。 |

一般会让你做几个动作来作诊断:手弯到背后向上够;两臂向前伸直,医生压在你的手臂上给你
压力,看你向上抬臂会不会痛;小臂垂直地面,医生从小臂外侧给你压力,看你两小臂
向外推会不会痛,等等。诊断后会给你作一系列的stretch和小肌肉群力量训练。
平时打球前先stretch,多给肩部warmup时间,打完了也要stretch,打完马上冰敷。平时
可以吃ibuprofen来控制inflammation |

今天小姑娘去别的孩子家玩,我倒是有时间锻炼了。可是,我的两条腿从上到下都酸遍
了,hamstring是前天RDL的后果,小腿前后都疼,估计是昨天的山路造成的。还是休息

note it's impossible to get rid of stretch marks, a product can only
decrease the appearance of stretch marks, and this bio oil has done it for

t)有关而
且跟虫子当前location有关的问题。
譬如,虫子还在出发点的时,整个绳子的stretching都影响虫子到终点的距离;
虫子到达中点时,只有后半段绳子的stretching影响虫子到终点的距离。
所以worm location还是要考虑吧。 |

你都怎么stretch,我总觉得我不到位
我说我。。。一天不stretch,第2天就拉不开了。。。老了。。。
嗯,年龄大了。。。不练就倒回去了。。。
2月没蹦跶,体力下降了不少,蹦50分钟觉得中间有疲劳的感觉了,虽然强挺了一会,过
去了。看来得坚持。
另外,新买的运动那个啥(你们知道的)很好~~~

那个健身房的空调开太大了
最后relax的时候,把我冻死了

我以前开车去trail跑步,跑完了会做一些stretch, 没有东西可以扶,我就扶着我的车
屁股。
有一天我正在做stretch, 一个小伙子走过来问, sir, are you stretch or pushing
your car. I can give u a hand.我连忙解释
ft的事过了几天,2个金发美女under students问我同样的问题,我说 oh my car
broke
down,她们两个还真上来帮我推,知道真相后,还和我贫了一会,可惜我已经不
available
了。。。。
我一共被问过3次。。。。

Kit includes four 1" x 10' tie-down straps with ratchet, two 5/16" x 12"
stretch cords, two 5/16" x 18" stretch cords, and two 5/16" x 24" stretch
cords. Come in a handy black storage case.
Don't know the tensil strength of the tie downs but I am sure they would
hold a deer just fine
Also find that I need a box to hold the straps!
