去年大部分时间是同时跑一双Nimbus和一双Brooks Ghost，因为当时也觉得Nimbus有点
重，所以绝大部分时间用Ghost，结果鞋底太软，磨损太快，搞了一个Insertional
Tendenitis,好几个月没有跑。
现在还是觉得Nimbus比较舒服，特别是改了Forefoot Strike之后，去年觉得笨重的感
觉完全没有了，正因为此，还买了一双Cumulus，发现也特舒服。可能我比较希望硬点
跑鞋。 |

就是要提高步频，步频无法无限提高，就只能提高步幅，提高步幅的方法就是拼命往前
迈，身体重心移动在这种情况下是落后于腿部动作的，所以才会变成明显的heel strik
e。
竞走和跑步看起来差不多，但是完全两码事，没法一起讨论。

always mean better, faster running. Taking anything to the extreme will
backfire. On the other hand, I'm sure for some runners, especially crappy
hobby runners with no flexibility like myself, more stride angle could be
used. There is no overstriding issue as long as a good cadence and midfoot/

今天是转机回美。从Calafate到布宜诺斯艾利斯AEP机场，在从AEP到EZE国际机场。早
就知道他们航空公司不靠谱，从AEP到EZE转机回美机票买得至少留了6小时转机。结果
早上快出门了凭借hostel微弱的wireless，竟然收到封航空公司email说飞机提前（！
）40分钟起飞，晕死，好在叫车给够了提前量。最后飞机还是原来时间起飞的，估计很
多人没通知到，所以知道等来了所有人才起飞的，这真是何苦呢。
到了布宜诺斯艾利斯AEP, 几个窗口打问去EZE机场的大巴。问了一圈，人说今天没得去
EZE的，不明白啊，窗口上明明写着有。又问一圈，说什么今天怎么怎么，反正没有，
听不大懂，只有一家说可以先坐到市中心，再从市中心往EZE坐。后来只好要了个包车
。机场出门有些小堵车，几个穿类似TSA背心的人貌似在搞strike/demonstration。等
快到EZE，高速上堵得一塌糊涂，基本不动，好多人拖着行李往机场方向走，还有车在
