评价：Strike King Sexy Dawg 在水面上呈比较平行的状态，跟Lucky Craft Sammy几
乎90度的水面姿态截然不同。这是我用过的WalkTheDog里面Z字步跨幅最大的饵，BB噪
音很大，不同于Zara Spook One Knock。我个人觉得One Knock的声音好。Sammy有跳水
点水的动态，Sexy Dawg是纯粹的水上漂，Easy To Work With. 这个饵不错，Finish不
抗操，用了一次就伤痕磊磊了，不过涂金涂银的饵都这个德行。无所谓的，有时候越有
磨损越是好用。

还不错，决定坚持下去了。昨天说的不错，对calf要求是比较高，现在有点疼，不过还
可以接受，不知道mileage加了之后，会这么样。另外，前脚掌接触的地方有点水泡，
正好这里有个防止水泡的帖子，很及时啊。
希望能顺利转型，并跑完5个星期之后的半马。 |

大家
我觉得同一个人的着地方式，forefoot landing, midfoot landing, 还有heel
landing，是不是跟跑鞋有很大的关系？我的理解是落地时脚的哪一部分先受力就应该
算是那一部分先着地，不知道这样理解对不。
如果是这样的话，那假设我不穿鞋跑步的时候，脚落地是水平的，那如果这个时候我穿
了heel-to-toe drop比较大的鞋，在我继续保持原来跑姿，尝试脚仍然是水平落地的时
候，由于鞋的鞋跟部分比鞋头厚，那这样我是不是就会由光脚的midfoot landing变成
穿了鞋的heel landing了？
如果这是对的话，那一个人要改变着地方式岂不是很容易？如果heel strike太严重的
话就换low drop的鞋或者甚至 drop是负数的鞋来穿，如果forefoot landing想改
midfoot landing的话就换high drop的鞋来穿，等等。还有，版上有些五指鞋的高手说

差不多。heel strike当然不好，最简单的力学分析图就可以看到为什么不好。一个斜
力分解成两个力，一个阻力阻止你向前，一个向上的力去冲击你的膝盖。
二楼说得很正确，看那些运动员跑，上身基本上都看不到动，上半身和下半身好像分离
一样。大使的签名里面有个Youtube视频里面那个人跑起来就那个样子。 |

回国，就让她带了一个，不想是德文板，分特欲死。上个月down了个英文板，正好
大块朵颐，一开始打就觉得相当出色，于是冒着老婆的白眼，不惜每天饭后主动
刷碗，用了近三个星期的时间终于打完了德国，苏联和美国的三个战役。打完之后
只觉得荡气回肠，怎一个爽字了得，这个游戏是老汉除了panzer general II之外打
得最认真，最完全的游戏，虽然英国的战役只打了一关，日本的战役只打了个demo
的战役，但老汉对这两国实力一向看不上眼，也算是打完了SS II了。单个战役老汉
也打了数个，没打全，但是都不如整个的战役有节奏感。
总体印象：
1. 与I相比，II得难度明显降低(当然也可能是在下史无前例的认真起来，并且实力
有了明显提高吧)，I里的战役我只完成了苏联的，美国的就试了5关左右，德国的战
役打道第7还是第八关就打不下去了，后来开着地图，要么用superman才完成了所有
战役，这次居然完成了所有的战役，难度降低是主要原因。比如德军开始的关都比较
简单，我喝了两杯葡萄酒的功夫都过了5关，没费什么力气 |
