王欢喜推崇的knee-injury-free的forefoot strike。
开始的是几十步显得非常别扭，非常怀疑这种掂着脚尖的跑步姿势可以几英里几英里
的跑下去。不过半英里后发现也没有什么不良反应，而且膝盖发炎的地方明显感觉
没有平时跑步的压力，于是信心倍增，坚持把第一英里跑完。双脚五指附近非常热，
走路一两分钟降温。竟然Forefoot Strike跑完了4.2英里，到了轻轨车站。
今天膝盖发炎的地方一点也没有加重，太开心了。不管Forefoot Strike好坏，
至少提供给我一种在knee发炎的情况下还可以继续锻炼而不损害膝盖的方法。
非常感谢王欢喜同学整天传教士般的唠叨forefoot strike的好处，耳闻目染，
难免不去尝试一下，效果非常好。
现在到了办公室，感觉两个小腿肚子特别酸痛。这个是我平时Heel Strike没有
发生过的。估计多多练习就可以克服。

天刚完成了一个半马，全程forefoot strike，感觉不错，回报一下，如果觉得长可以
跳过。
自今年5月以后，跑步基本停了，因为脚后跟疼痛，并诊断为Insertional Achilles
Tendonitis （IAT)。一直是heel strike，疼痛位置为脚后跟落地处，双脚都有。
经过大概4个多月，疼痛才完全消失，这么慢的原因我想，主要是IAT已经存在好长时间
了，一直没有当回事，总以为会消失，最后还是被迫停跑，这里的老大们提醒得很对，
有疼痛的时候一定要注意，不要硬撑。
上次发完贴之后，就跑了两次3 MI 的forefoot，当时没有感觉小腿有太多的压力，接
着又试了6 MI，跑完小腿跟废了一样，立刻打消了改变的计划，连续5天没有跑，太疼
了。现在想来，可能姿势不够正确。Forefoot strike也不是完全依赖前脚掌，落地之
后，脚跟可以跟着着地，这样可以减轻小腿的压力。
5天之后改跑步机，没有想到突然悟出了因该怎么跑，一下子就改过来了，5天的疼痛看

而且我也说会给他报答，即使取消了交易，也会给他留最好的FB。
结果人家非要我MONEYBOOK付，要么就直接从PAYPAL REQUEST MONEY。我都同意如果他
CANCEL以后，RELIST把PAYPAL作为付款方式，我会再买。

三年没吃过了。
我记得以前，吃了UNPAID STRIKE，只要DISPUTE，不管什么理由，只要第一次，你

可以用实例说明。
1）股价500，strike 400的call 没有人会买，所以只谈strike 400的put。
a）如果股价到了400，但是put options没有过期，那么这个put options 将会很值钱。
如果还有一个礼拜到期，起码值6元左右，股价跌了太多，volatility 肯定够大。
如果还有一个月到期，起码值12元左右，股价跌了太多，volatility 肯定够大。
不过没有人会在股价500的时候买strike 400的put options的，它的价格不会比strike
450的put options的低多少。 |

一般会有折扣吗？strike price等于60%的估值价格是不是太高了啊？
其实这个大家都应该搞清楚，因为知道有朋友的option strike price 已经高于他们公
司IPO以后某段时间的股价了，所以即使要了很多股其实都是废纸。原来听过这种情况
，但是以为概率很小几乎不会发生，以为熬到IPO就可以发达了，其实远不够呢。 |

1. 工作量, 有人说老师每天6个小时??? 我不知道哪个老师可以一天只工作6个小时的.
我们跟学生上课的时间没错就大概6个小时, 然后一个小时lesson planning的时间,
但一个小时之内根本不可能把所有工作都做完, 包括跟家长联系(特别是学生比较调皮
的学校), 改功课, 备课,开会, 等等... 经常把事情带回家做是家常便饭.
2. 好吧, 再说工资...现在是2%raise raises over the next four years, 这个够
inflation. 还说什么增加的那些课时...
还有strike最重要的这些原因... 有人知道么? ....
3. 现在很多学校没有美术, 音乐(我现在教的学校就没有), 甚至体育课..也很多学校
没有图书馆(我的学校也没有图书馆)..

之前主要是用grub和tube，硬饵用的非常少，不知道自己适合哪种硬饵，所以定了一盒
各种型号的准备试试水。
问题是我觉得这些硬饵做工好粗糙，尤其是crankbait，毛刺很多，涂漆不平整，有的

you go sub 5 minute pace, forefoot strike is not just an option, it is a
must. It actually feels much easier to do forefoot strike at this pace than
midfoot strike. An all-out mile would be an extended sprint, and the running
form will be similar to sprinting as well I suppose. Like baiji I did 200m
treadmill sprints at 14mph, with the safety clip on. It was quite thrilling.

清一色的heel strike这一现象中得以启发。跑步的快慢，步频，步幅以及心肺功能人
与人之间相差很大，各人的腿部结构，腿部各个部位的肌肉强度以及core strength也
不一样，我觉得任何的一刀切，认为要么fore-，要么mid-，要么heel- strike is
perfect for everyone in any situation的看法是不可取的，至少目前还没有全面的
很有说服力的科学依据来完全肯定任何一个。
而竞走正好是一个对照的例子，因为正如你分析的，heel strike is the only way to
walk fast. 而对于跑步来讲，我们没有看到类似现象。

price是你入职以后的下一次board meeting给你option grant的时候订的。但是通常如
果公司最近没有融资，这个价格应该就是谈offer的时候告诉你的价格。但不是百分之
一百保证的。 |

，不知道为什么你会想当然认为他们在偷懒。正因为勤勤恳恳的工作，换来的是今后四
年工资几乎没有增加的希望，为了不缺课尽量不请假，积累的假期换来的是全部作废，
不加工资还要加学时，还要加班级学生数量（其实后二者都是变相地减工资），所以才
要strike

我自己和这里大多数人一样是corporate里做的，我也不敢说corporate坐坐办公室一定
就多轻松，但和老师这种一堂课讲满45分钟的比，说实话，我觉得我没有这个吃苦的勇
气和精力。其实我们自己都是小学中学读出来的，想想那些老师，上课其实不能说不辛
苦，而且辛苦程度超过大多数坐办公室的
很多干这行的，本来也不是冲着什么高工资去的，但基本的待遇和福利，比如工资在几
年内有一定的涨幅，休假可以carry，这些应该得到保障吧，不管干哪行的。我觉得这
是CPS strike的初衷。而且不要以为7.5万平均数是摊在所有教师头上的，大多数教师
要教满起码十几年教龄才达得到这个数字。还是要有master的。刚刚出校门的教师，前
五年内拿到6万就不错了。CPS的工资网上都公开的，去看看就知道了。很多教了十几年
的也不过7-8万，和有些行业一个fresh master的工资差不多。
Private school teacher，不是很了解，但不等于公立学校教师的问题他们就没有了，
