而且不管用什么stripping buffer， 用ECL的都要考虑把target 蛋白的位置错开，如
果不能错开的话还是分开做
尤其是ECL plus或者用pierce的dura/femto， 很容易就把膜烧坏了
而且最好rabbit 和 Mouse的抗体轮换做，这样interference 会小很多 |

不能用插线板(power strip)或者extension cord, 否则会损害部件什么的.
这是什么道理呀?
计划放置的地方离墙上插座很远, 真想就用插线板, 会有问题吗? |
