石头就在肩膀的位置，一助力就可以推到肩膀上了。我觉得不大会砸到脚，举不起身来
让它自行滚出去就行了。但凡能搬到腿上的重量，应该还是能控制的。太重的根本就抱
不起来，也不会砸着。我能搬85磅的，大小和135磅的看着也差不了太多，有一次看错
了，搂着135磅的抱了半天，那是纹丝不动。
