Ruihui Lin, 38, was pronounced dead early this morning at UPMC Presbyterian

The hit-and-run incident happened around 2 p.m. at Meyran Avenue and Louisa
Street when a large, white pickup struck Mr. Lin.

这个案子估计只有郭红能解释为什么她会失控撞上同方向的骑车人，从报道看100%是她
的责任，路况不好不是撞死人的理由。

back. Another said he was face-down on the ground when Officer Darren

Police officers shooting at what appeared to be an emotionally disturbed man
in New York City's Times Square accidentally struck two innocent bystanders
instead, police said today.
A cell phone video shot at the scene shows officers chasing the 35-year-old
