现有（或将有）预算1000美元。想现场和录音同时进行。看了一圈，没看见有既能现场
加EFFECTS的，而且还能MULTI-TRACK录音的MIXER。EFFECTS进不进RECORDER都无所谓。
请问最简单是不是就得一个带EFFECTS的MIXER，再另加个类似这个STUPID DEAL的MULTI
-TRACK的RECORDER啊？ |

谁能每件事情都做得完美精确呢？
学着不要太多责怪自己，试着想：
1.这件事情没有达到我理想的境界是可以理解的，不证明i am a total failure.
2.试着换位，如果是其他人做了同样的事情，你也会那样苛刻吗？
有一个朋友可以talk with是很宝贵的，你现在没有，也不意味着你就多么与众不同的
可怜。可以慢慢试着交些朋友，主动一点。
恶性循环是可能的
不过也是可以打破的，start with一个环节，就是改变自己的心态！
同一个事情，可以有无数个不同的看法，你现在偏偏选择了negative的那个
训练的方法就是，每次有negative thought的时候，就问自己，会不会有别的解释？无
论你多么坚信自己第一个想法有多么的正确。然后，试着从一个让你开心的角度去看待
这件事。
还有，就是事实并不像你想像的那么严重。例如我有的时候觉得自己一句话把别人得罪
了，然后总是后悔那句话，可事实上人家根本没在意。 |
