半夜12点打电话要talk，太变态了啊～如果只是要求在deadline之前要结果，这我觉得
合理。我现在的老板就是不管你哪天来、几点来，反正deadline之前把结果给他就OK了，我觉得挺
好的。我看了chad的实验室的meeting schedule，他每周都要和手下的人开组会，当然是轮流开
了，可能你一个多月才轮到一次。我想他这么忙，还能每周开组会，抓的很紧啊～以前我看光头
Stupp，竟然公开叫嚣下午5点和周末开组会，立即不考虑了～
能问一下，你的朋友在那里post-doc了几年去做的faculty？
上面的一个朋友说要自带钱，这个，我没有绿卡，我大概了解了下，我能申请的
fellowship不多，
而且基本上要老板sponsor，他不让我去，我一个人没法申请啊。
这怎么办呢？ |

他们所合成的PA有三点features:
一, 为了增强fiber的强度，在peptide-amphiphile(PA)中引进了四个cysteine aa.在氧
化态下cysteine的thiol在fiber的表面形成双硫键，从而增强fiber的强度
二, 在PA中引进phosphoserine residue, 使hydroxyapatite(HA)更容易在fiber上成核。
三, 在PA中引入Arg-Gly-Asp以提高表面对细胞的附着和生长。
感觉有两个interesting的地方：
1, 可以用pH值控制PA可逆地self-assemble形成fiber
2, 在self-assembly以后，进行mineralize, 得到的HA的c轴与fiber的长轴方向相同。此

不过如果你看看原文,就知道那些人不是为了做出什么很酷的
而做,而是从生物相似性上在研究.
我觉得这点和其他做纳米的有很大区别.纳米生物方面
的确可以从大自然学习很多,而不是闭门造车,只求新奇.
