After I found that the metal fitting was totally blocked, I replaced it with
a new one. If I don't purge out styrene, the styrene would polymerize in
the metal fitting. I can see sticky/viscous stuff extruded out from the
fitting initially; after that styrene will come out. If I stop the pump and
start it again after a day, the same thing will happen.
The metal is SS 316. |

止反应。过滤掉无机后在石油醚里沉淀copolymer,结果发现石油醚底部形成了淡黄色
胶状产物。
GPC显示分子量比PEG增加了,但是低分子量处有个小峰。分析原因是不是因为胶状产物
里包裹了溶剂和homopolymer在里面?我觉得EO45-SO10应该是白色固体,如何才能把胶
状物变成白色固体呢?
文献报道说黄色可能是行程了O-K+的离子对,用稀盐酸可以洗去,但是我试了还是没洗
掉。
恳请有类似经验的人指导一下 |

it under high vacuum.
2. Stir it for 24 hours.
3. Distill it under vacuum at the temperature of 60~80 C, depending on your
vacuum. We used frozen-distilling technique. Pull high vacuum on two fask and
system. Imerse the empty flask into liquid N2. Close the vaccum line and open

AIBN 0.0055 g, 0.034 mmol, 3.5 mol% of monomers.
Freeze-thaw degas twice,nitrogen purge, in 50 mL of toluene at 80 degree C,
stirring for three days.

After removing the inhibitor originally in styrene by passing a
chromatographic column, 5 gram of styrene were mixed with 1 mol % of AIBN in

为轮胎使用了多种具有不同性能的橡胶,并且把这些不同的橡胶组合在一起。
轮胎最内层的橡胶是Polyisobutylene,这种橡胶能够阻止空气从轮胎内泄露,这是这种
材料同其他橡胶相比最特殊的性能。
轮胎的侧面使用的是polyisoprene,这种橡胶就是天然橡胶,具有良好的拉伸回复性能。
这样汽车长期停在一个地方不动轮胎也不会变形。
而轮胎最外面一层的tread则是使用styrene 和 butadiene的公聚物做的,来获得良好的
抗磨损性能。
至于这些不同层次的材料是如何组合在一起的,答案是,高温。在轮胎生产的最后一步,
一个巨大的模子通过高温在轮胎的tread上面刻出花纹,同时把不同层次的材料焊接在一

喷foam穿防护是因为isocyanate,不是甲醛。这东西喷完了就反应完了,基本不会残留
,因为会和水反应变成无害的东西
墙里面的foam很多是styrene的,就跟泡沫塑料一个材料,用这个喝水吃饭都可以,放
墙里面有什么问题?可能有甲醛的是urethane foam,反而是高档货,residential一般
用不起,高层建筑这种对空间重量要求高的才会用 |

自己周围有T400, T500, 去年的MBP, Dell的E4300和E6500
T系列比dell的商用机还是好很多。MBP看着漂亮,但是重量并不轻。
而且我觉得T系列已经不像以前那样以便携为目的了,真要移动办公的,用Ts或者X。
