天文数字，等于14亿中国人每人贡献200元人民币。三峡工程的实际造价是260亿美元。
而那些远在巴基斯坦的更贵项目，却没有过中国纳税人参与的公开论证。据我所知，不
少经济学家对投资巴基斯坦项目普遍持批评或质疑态度。
这个大礼的大头是“中巴经济走廊”。设想是以瓜达尔港为起点，向北穿越巴基斯
坦，用铁路和公路连通中国新疆。官方宣传说，此走廊一旦建成，中国从中东进口原油
货物就可不必远洋跋涉经印度洋、马六甲海峡、南海运回，只要在瓜达尔港上岸，即可
通过走廊直达国内，省去三分之二路途并减少风险。实际上远远不是那么一回事。
经济学上有个引力模型定理。即两国间贸易和经济联系的程度和两国间的GDP规模
成正比，和两国间的经济距离成反比。巴基斯坦GDP只有2500亿美元，比菲律宾2800亿
和泰国3700亿美元还小很多。巴基斯坦也没有什么石油矿产资源或大宗产品可以出口到
中国。而中巴的经济距离却很远。上海经马六甲到瓜达尔港 海运距离为9500公里，路
