One bed room apartment locates near Rutgers University of central New Jersy.
One bed room apartment will be availbe from 11/30/2006 to 04/30/2007, for 5
months.
We need to relocate for new job. We still have 5 months term lease of
current landlord.
So, we want to subleas this apartment, and rent is only 800$ (original
price is 975$/ month).
It's in good maintainance.
This apartment is conveniently located on the Rutgers University bus Route,

Whether a covenant in a lease agreement is enforceable is a separate issue.
In other words, even if a covenant may not be enforceable under the law,
you can still write it in your agreement. And it is up to the court to
decide whether the covenant is enforceable.
Second, there is a difference between sublease and assignment. People tend
to abuse the use of these terms. Thus, the choice of words doesn't matter.
