since you didn't make these comments. Instead they have to go to court
in hopes for a subpoena to request or remove these information. In a
country armed with freedom of speech, I don't think their chance is
very good. Worst case scenario, you just have to comply with the court
order. Imagine that a big company like Google only gets a couple
hundred requests every six months, I doubt their request will go thru.

頭「申卡」的故事，到處都有報導。
「紐約市民卡」雖然是為非法移民 (無證移民)所設計的，但是，為避免掏卡時突顯出
「無證客」的身份，於是設計出各項優惠，美其名是藉此讓無身分移民享受紐約市豐富
的文化，實際上是希望藉此優惠能夠吸引一般紐約客也來申請「市民卡」，以普及「市
民卡」的方式，以免製造出新一波的「卡歧視」。
就像是紐約市為了學童不肯上前領取免費的學校午餐，怕被同學取笑為「家貧」，於是
，紐約市的學校午餐全部免費。這個新政策多花了紐約市納稅人1000多萬元，但是，「
羊毛」出在「牛」身上，政治人物不會有感覺的。
「市民卡」能夠在紐約市當做合法身分證，有三大障礙可能會讓沒有身分的移民感到失
望。第一，不能用為進入機場的有照證件 (photo ID)。第二，無法用來申請紐約州駕
