NFLX 管理层的"美梦" 是让现在所有的subscriber 都变成streaming only subscriber.
试想一下,如果subscriber数目不变并都转为streaming only, 公司的revenue 不变,
但运营成本就会降低很多 , 这样公司的利润不就是大大提高了吗?
当然, subscriber数目短期看来肯定会下降了, 同时content provider will be
asking more for their shares soon.
所以这个季度subscriber数目很重要,如果降得不多, 股价就要回弹,如果降很多,那还

As far as I know, there are only 2 ways to write
subscriber's data back to publisher. One is merge and
another one is transactional with immediately updated
subscriber.
Using merge, we can decide the conflict resolution (whether

If merge supports dialup connectino well, then it is
absolutely a better choice. There is not much discussion
