我们都要请PYSCH CONSULT戒毒。主要是美沙东。这个只有PSYCH医生才能开。普通医
生不能开。有的时候病人有长期服毒史，不配合戒毒的，医生就不给他们开美沙东，只
开点其他的药。
其实除了海洛因，最厉害的SUBSTANCE ABUSE不是可卡因。是酒。你们是没有见过美国
人酗酒的。太厉害了。有的人每天半个加仑伏特加。
对我们来说，最怕的不是海洛因的病人。最怕的是戒酒的病人。这些人生理心理情况都
很糟。
