小弟去年EE PHD毕业，现在用OPT EXTENTION工作。
公司今年帮忙申请了职位是ELECTRICAL ENGINEER的H1B，有幸被抽中，但是十月份开始
要求RFE，提供材料；大意是职位描述不是entry-level，然后我的职位electrical
engineer是偏entry-level，需要提供证明材料。
但是今天递交RFE support letter的时候居然发生了一件狗血的事情，我发现原来律师
帮忙递交的职位居然是MECHANICAL ENGINEER, 但职位描述是EE的活儿。显然是TYPO，
追问下是公司HR年初提供给律师信息的时候就搞错了（提交申请的时候并没有和我确认
，估计一般公司在递交申请的时候一般也不会问员工）。
律师的意见是让我提供上学期间和MECHANICAL ENGINEERING相关课程的材料，这个我勉
强能提供一些，毕竟PHD做东西涉及面多。但我不知道能不能糊弄过去，而且关键的问
题是我以后如果换工作，H1B TRANSFER是不是肯定会被拒（因为以后职位肯定是

同时律师给了一个表，需要manager签字，关于敏感专业需要不需要license。
我给我老板和老板的老板转发过去了，但没收到回音，估计他们都一头雾水呢。
不知道板上有没有人最近延期过，这个manager是自己直接的老板，还是公司总部专门
负责license的人？
