但许多人信了教，的确舒服了不少，虽然也不知何故。
现在就暂时不考虑如消除寂寞，有活动和气氛等因素。
多数人的精神与肉体的一致并不强，即所谓心不守社。
这种人容易紧张，浮躁，胆怯，不自信，因此有劣势。
而宗教仪式里的祈祷，就有助于心神合一，缓解压力。
所以耶教，伊斯兰教看重祈祷，能提高心神肉体合一。
但想要得到这好处，无须信教，从而避免被谎言洗脑。
迷信违背科学的处女怀孕，天堂地狱，对智慧并无益。
另外也容易被洗脑去从宗教和意识形态间斗争的炮灰。
排除这些累赘，就会省时省力，专注于冥想打坐即得。
这方面最务实的当属中国的道家修炼派，禅宗和瑜伽。

和氨，杀的还是很干净的，实际上，处理后的污水比抽进自来水厂的水还在很多指标上
更干净，比如大肠杆菌数量。只不过，就算马桶实际上比好多键盘要干净，心理上那关
还是过不了的。还有就是干净是有代价的，比如氯超标：）
一波啦在体外时其实并没有那么难杀，下面有张表，一波啦是排在最后。它这个量级的
，得附着在其它大尺寸有机物上才容易活下来，比如呕吐物、唾沫、粪便。在一杯清水
里，它已经很难存活了，随便加点化学药剂就嗝屁了。
一波啦70年代就闹过一次，90年代又闹过一次，都没有靠啥高科技就镇压下去了，其实
是个传染性不强的货，要被禽流感甩几条街。这次动静很大，主要是全球化了，老美没
想到一下子就从非洲过来了。老美又经不起大伤亡，而且本届政府的危机应对上非常无
能，才觉得动静大了。

I didn't work on bacillus, but I used the QIAGEN Plasmid Mini Kit to extract
plasmid from yeast without minor modification like the cell lysis process.
