suburb搬，黑人区天天上演内战跟我没关系。而且黑人一有钱，第一件事情就是搬出黑
人贫民区，搬到郊区suburb.后果什么？直接导致学区水平直线下降，犯罪率上升，因
为哪怕黑人夫妻守法良民，但是小黑孩呢？哪怕黑小伙也很听话，他们总会结交黑人区
的混混吧。我们家门口的几家黑人小孩，天天傍晚在街边晃荡。
结果就是白人逃离这个suburb，往更远的地方搬，黑人慢慢占领这个城市。然后循环又
开始，所以现在在我们这里想找一个好点的suburb，最起码要离开市中心40分钟以上，而且现在也
慢慢开始沦陷,好点的社区得要开车50分钟以上了，sigh。 |

住suburb根本没有那些罪受。老汉知道很多加州的童鞋会blahblah自己住的suburb警局
待遇也很差。呵呵，那是你们加州部分地区特色，房价比其它地方suburb还贵，基础设
施和服务比人家的贫民窟都不如。
咱就只说正常的suburb，警局都自带看守房的，通常都是空的，打扫的比老汉自己家里
还干净，就是没有人气。不到万不得已，是不会往县或者州的监狱送人，当然，你要是
外地人，那就惨了，肯定是尽快送去，万一镇上男人都抽风开始打老婆呢？得把号房都
留给自己人。
如果这个待遇都不能让你满意，那就打电话叫人来保呗。这时候，就看得出你平时重视
乡土IT建设的好处了，好镇是可以用信用卡的！你唯一需要考虑的是，哪张卡的返点更
高？抠版那些人为个百把块钱，讨论来讨论去，老汉都不希告诉他们这个诀窍，这可是
动辄几千块啊，而且回头出庭都要还你的。就是说，不管裁决如何，只要不逃保，就得
还你。老汉这泄露天机，怕是要折寿，大家是不是凑俩包子送送老汉？

我现在所在的城市的里雅斯特Trieste，在当前的意大利是如此的不起眼，但却有着丰
富的历史渊源，几度易手，还曾经显赫一时，也曾是著名意识流大师乔伊斯长期流浪的
第二故乡。
英国首相温斯顿·丘吉尔1946年3月在美国密苏里州富尔敦城的威斯敏斯特学院所发表
的题为《和平砥柱》的演讲中：
“从波罗的海边的什切青到亚得里亚海边的的里雅斯特，一副横贯欧洲大陆的铁幕已经

意大利一共划分为20个大区，著名的米兰就是伦巴第大区的首府，佛罗伦萨就是托斯卡

1. 经济衰退，这个是主因。
2. 物价低廉，不能看绝对数，要看相对数，Cleveland的2万和纽约的2万能一样吗？
3. 周边Suburb房价太便宜，很多不错的区房子不到20万就能买到，只要有全职工作的
人都能到Suburb买房。Cleveland虽然穷，但是边上的Suburb不穷，有兴趣的人可以看
看Orange, Pepper Pike, Solon这片的收入中值。
4. 交通方便，基本不怎么堵车，开车30分钟的距离内一大堆好学区，而且房价不贵的
社区，不会有上班族为了方便工作在Cleveland将就。
5. 这个算的是Cleveland City,边上的Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights什么的都
不统计在内，Cleveland City估计是附近这片第二穷的city,East Cleveland当之无愧
的老大。
不过没有想到Miami那么穷，印象中还挺富裕的城市。 |

suburbs可比palo altos贵好多，而且好几个这样的suburbs.
而且曼哈顿房租也应该比三番贵一点，现在2室一厅差不多3k5 三番差不多2k5到3k |

富的历史渊源，几度易手，还曾经显赫一时，也曾是著名意识流大师乔伊斯长期流浪的
第二故乡。
英国首相温斯顿·丘吉尔1946年3月在美国密苏里州富尔敦城的威斯敏斯特学院所发表
的题为《和平砥柱》的演讲中：

意大利一共划分为20个大区，著名的米兰就是伦巴第大区的首府，佛罗伦萨就是托斯卡

着西装，很年轻，有点象CNN的那个Don Lemon的黑人销售员帮我试鞋。他弯腰把鞋套到
我脚上的一刹那，问到：so what brought you to downtown from suburb today?
我一时间面红耳赤，马上环顾四周是不是有很多从suburb来的rich housewife在闲逛。
究竟是我形象里的什么特质叫他觉得我是个典型的suburb housewife？我的手上
没有戒指，我甚至斜背着一个hobo。我想和他说其实我宁愿去哥伦比亚做一辈子自由的
游击队员。
拿了鞋出来，我把钱包里所有的零钱倒在了一个沿街乞讨的黑人的盆里。 |
