一下。出门在外，要快餐，我经常去吃subway，就是西式面包三明治，主要是觉得更健
康，因为是现做，自己想要少油少盐少糖都可以有些控制。国内据说翻译成赛百味，有
这么个名字，希望国内的可以多加些口味，好名副其实。

第一步：选大件。要面包还是面饼，要六寸的还是12寸的，还是不要面包或饼而要沙拉
。沙拉就是你挑原料，他放一块儿，跺跺碎，可以只浇一点橄榄油，醋和盐，不上其它
浇头，或啥都不浇，属于超级减肥食品。

从公园外面东北的私人农场进，在里面住一晚上，也要比subway好玩。
subway出了subway后，基本就是单调的风景了，而narrows就开始1，2麦，之后一直不

个因素的话，根本没必要吃subway.
Subway最受欢迎的是其实是Turkey on Wheat with lettuce and tomato. No dressing

回到家后我打开我的吃了几口后赫然发现一只死掉的苍蝇躺在三明治里，当时整个人都
不好了，抱着垃圾桶那个恶心。。。。。。。还吐了几口。。。，事后相当气愤，于是
与SUBWAY联系但是已经是很晚了，所一隔日早上继续联系，先是说会主动找我联系，然
后就是等待。。。。也没有说是不是要拿着那个死苍蝇的SANDWICH去店里，人家不说就
说等着。。。。然后有人联系我的，态度冷冰冰EMAIL给我一个表格说是要填写信息这
类的，但是等了大概1星期啥都没有EMAL我，于是我主动打电话询问，最终等来了EMAIL
.电话中我要求看医生，她说不确定谁付钱。。。。明明是你家卖死苍蝇的三明治，还
要我付钱看医生。。。。她说那么你就等待处理结果。。。。。1个星期后一个自称是
保险公司的人给我电话说了解情况，然后今天告诉我他们不确定那只苍蝇是他们店里的
，外面到处是苍蝇。。。。。。
我勒个去!!!以后再也不去SUBWAY了，什么东西啊！ |

, is very interested in finding an answer to that very zen question. So
interested, in fact, they've gone and removed the trash bins at the 8th
Street N and R station in Manhattan and the Main St. station in Queens for
the next two months. Guess those 5,000 new trash can logos they've been

regular metro card. I need to take subway first in Manhattan and take QM20
to queens. the 1st time I take subway in Manhattan, I will be charged for $2
.5 and then when I take the QM20, I will be charged for another $6.
does anyone know how it work out so that I only be charged for $6 by taking
subway first and express buy later(within 2 hours)?

我考虑把家里的厨房改造一下，搞得和subway那个似的。肚子饿了自己就去像subway那
样做，大概也
就是2分钟一个foot long吧？
听起来是个很完美的吃饭解决方案啊 |

如果非要天天吃一样东西，感觉subway相对好接受点
咱平时吃饭不也就是肉，蔬菜，主食吗。subway这不全有了。
中餐一般人做饭也就是几种肉，若干种蔬菜，厨房的调料种类还真未必有subway的
sauce多 |
