options. You did not mention the estimated damage. In Massachusetts where I
live, a plaintiff can choose to sue, at the state court, in the small claim

调查是我的责任。
我今天收到一个COURT的MAIL，那两个人SUE我。说他们PERMANENTLY DISABLED。 要我
付药费，精神损失费，还说他们不能工作，要我付生活费。 还有今后所有的药费，生
活费。他们的FAMILY还要我付精神损失费。
事实上，出事后他们站在那，谈笑风生，一点事都没有。怎么会三年后发现自己
DISABLED 了。
查了COUNTY的RECORD，那个人有一堆的LAW SUIT, TRAFFIC CRIME(5 个以上)， NONE
TRAFFIC CRIME(3 个以上), 欠税。 出事的当天还有一个TRAFFIC TICKET.
请教我该怎么办？COURT让我20天内回复。胜算的概率大吗？ |

在路上hood 就飞走了，后来发现玻璃也有裂缝，因为但是雨下的很大，都看不清楚的

后来就直接去了wal-mart，那个经理说怎么可能啊，是你们的车有问题说什么bar code
坏了。。。但是他还是向保险公司申报了，然后告诉我们说你先开回去吧。。。我们还
挺相信他们，就回家了。结果上周那个保险公司去看了车，说damage太多，不是他们的
问题，拒绝赔偿。。。这是明摆着欺负人，觉得我陪，你能把我怎么着啊/
这个1994的佳美去年追过尾，虽然body不好看，但是修过后，还是不错的。
今年那个bodyshop 还给换了新的 hood.
现在是如果我要sue wal-mart, 我有机会胜诉吗。

It is true LZ can sue for fraud or misrepresentation if there is any. But
as an individual, he should evaluate cost and benefit for himself. The
benefit is ($17 + good feelings of correcting a wrong) X
probability of winning the case. The cost is fees to file a lawsuit (>> $17
) + time to prepare for the suit and go to the court + lawyer's fees if LZ
hires one + (bad feelings of loss) X probability of losing. LZ can make
the judgment himself.

没clean up 完之前就照像，还以此为证据，不但deposite拿不回来，还要我们另外交
钱，还说如果我们不交，就要把我们告到小额法庭。很想和他们在小额法庭上理论一番

你可能得不到太多的赔偿，精神损失费什么的有少许，只要有律师肯接这个case整个扔
给律师，你就可以不管了。 |

去年X光检查牙齿，虽然没有疼，牙医说有六颗牙需要赶紧补（每颗大概200美元）
。结果有四颗牙补后变的很疼，我的牙医试了一些办法，还是不行，就说这四颗牙都要
在她们医院做根管治疗和牙冠（每颗大概2000美元），她全部来cover。但是因为她补
的这么差，我又想尽量保住一些牙，就去外面的诊所看了，她就把补牙的费用给refund
了。
后来在外面诊所也只保住一颗，最后三颗做了根管治疗，4颗都做了牙冠。现在回
头去问这个牙医是不是可以cover一部分费用，牙医彻底不回。去问律师，愿意接这个
case的很少。
这种情况下，应该去small claim court，去sue这个牙医吗？如果输了的话，牙医
的律师反诉，让我出钱赔偿他的时间的可能性大吗？ |

１０：０２am ： 打麻药epidural。打麻药是时感觉有水从脊柱冲上脑后勺，耳痛加头
痛。和第一胎完全不一养。告诉护士和麻醉师，麻醉试说正常。 躺下来没多久，发现
墙上的钟上下动，觉得不正常，后来护士进来检查开指插尿管，告诉护士钟在动。这也
是我有意识的最后一句话。后来麻醉师在OB的追问下承认wet tap。
１０：３２am： 护士发现无呼吸，turned blue and unresponsive,但有心跳血压。
１０：３５：插管
１０：３８： 醒来，呕吐，想拔掉管子
１０：４２： 被全身麻醉
１０：４５： 紧急C cession
１０：４９： 宝宝出生
３：００pm：照X光，肺清晰
４：００pm： 转入母婴病房
第二天又照x光，没有问题。
有咳嗽，痰，呼吸短，但一两天后就没了。

好的麻醉师都不能保证个个case成功，但有一点是肯定的， 他不是故意的， 除非你能
发现他的negligence。
麻醉师是不可能承认他自己的错误的， 否则你就可以sue他了， 事情就是这么残酷，
你应该理解他为什么不道歉。
可退一步说， 这么小概率的事情发生在你身上，结果你们母子平安， 你还要求什么呢
？ 你知道有多少人没有你怎么幸运吗？比如走着路好好的都会被车撞死， 拿到了钱又
怎么样？ 你现在心里放不下，而事实是你得不到赔偿，如果天天为此郁闷不已， 你说
值得吗？

痛+头痛（估计是打了test dose）以后，他们居然没看出来，还告诉你正常。这已经完
全脱离了standard care。
虽然你和baby现在没事，但是对你也造成伤害了，因为你本来可以顺产的，搞得现在C-
section了；你下一个孩子很有可能就必须C-section；这不是伤害是什么？ |

都起诉的话， 麻醉科只能罢工，大家做手术忍着吧。

确如此，我家两个孩子都在幼儿园里读过并喜爱这本书，就是没给我科普一下。这棵给
从小长大的男孩不断奉献出苹果、树枝、树干直至生命最后的树桩的giving tree，在
我看来就像父母之爱。当用苹果卖钱发财失败、用树枝造房娶妻失败、用树干造船远行
失败的男孩伤痕累累地回到儿时的家园时，奄奄一息的老树唯一能提供的正是他唯一需
要的——一个容他坐下歇息的树桩。故事的展开使读者对老树同情渐增，对孩子责备渐

她是一个可以让人着迷的角色。这不是说作为一个女人，她的美貌或脱俗如小龙女；而
是说，作为一个角色，“她”有很多可让人挖掘和讨论的东西。不是有人说，好女人，
应该像一本好书吗？如此判断，她应该可算是一个好女人。她有智慧，本性爱自由，也
可说是敢爱敢恨。只是生在了一个不应该的年代，爱上了一个比她自己更软弱的男人。
当然，你也可以说，裘德的悲剧一半是因为他碰到了Sue. 那Sue 的悲剧呢？你可以说
，是她的性格让她自己不幸；可是，却不能说她的性格不善良，不勇敢，不忠诚。说到
最后，只能解为她的性格，让她不适于在这种污秽，充满禁锢的世上生存。如此，她倒
是有些像小龙女了。
可她当然也是个“坏女人”。背叛自己的爱情，嫁给一个自己不爱的男人；继而离开丈
夫，回到情人身边。她对自己不爱的丈夫有肉体上的抗拒，这还好理解。让很多人莫名
