to ER right away to rule out bowel obstruction. Do not use any laxatives

I don't like narcotics for pain relieve. For rectal pain, try warm water
sitz bath with Epsom salt. And I also find the Prep H suppositories

，刚收到电话，过了，但是离指标不远，所以还是要注意少吃甜食。
上周我自己研究一下，水果可以换成以黄瓜和小番茄为主，牛奶和豆奶一半一半，把很
多甜食戒掉，cookie, ice-cream, or sugary drinks, etc，就应该没有什么问题了。
另外坚持每天的步行，多加一点距离。
祝你也能通过三小时的，到时候来报喜一下。:)
