了恶,如果没有,就在email里提及那次他问你是否怀孕的事。
如果他取消了offer, 就找律师,如果他仍然雇你,在工作中收集他discrimination的证
据, 比如说他有没有解雇过其他怀孕的女职员, 或者因为怀孕而不给offer的事迹, 等
到适当的时候, 交给律师。
你也不用工作了,就等着发财吧

personally i don't think it is discrimination. the employer may claim that he
is just concerned about whether this applicant is suitable for the job. for
example, the job may require her to not to take any long leave (maternity
leave mat take two months time). it may also expose her to dangerous
chemicals, etc. since she lied during the interview, the employer can withdraw
the offer at any time.
