难道不是吗？你查出来的文献都把妄想症局限为非怪诞性妄想。你就以为捡到了宝，认
定妄想症必须是非怪诞性，还振振有词说怪诞性妄想就就精神分裂症而不是妄想症。却
没想到冒出来一个DSM-5。这个标准两年前就修改了。现行的妄想症标准怪诞性的也可

那个自杀的少年班爸爸，估计是抑郁症
最近在上mood disorder，现学现卖了，说得不对的地方专家们指出哈：）
统计显示有50%的抑郁症患者从来没看过医生，要不不知道自己患病，或知道因为没保
险而不去看
那些被诊断为抑郁症的，只有25%的人吃非处方药、参加therapy或看心理医生
抑郁症的病因不明，有基因的因素，有环境的因素，也有其它因素，也有可能什么
trigger也没有，人就抑郁了。
别的版灌水的很多人说是那个自杀的同胞的老板太mean了，太严了，等等造成那人自杀
，不一定，抑郁症和头疼感冒拉肚子一样，都是身体的某个环节不好好工作了，如果一
个人的身体功能是健全的，就能有足够的能力去处理这些压力，就像身体通常情况可以

The doctor called some expert about finding Tl in Wang's
blood, the initial response from the expert was
"It’s either attempted suicide," Marcus told the doctor, "or homicide."

clear which 铊 salt was used, and who did it.
Based on statistics from previous cases all over the world,
it is more likely a homocide (70%). However,
considering Zhu's sister died of unnatural causes at
similar age, suicide is a formal possibility (30%).
People of close contact to Zhu are suspects. These
include her roommates, boyfriend, social contacts
