有permit). 这个suite包括1 bedroom, 1 living room and 1 bathroom， 有自己的se
perate entrace，但是没有厨房。
现在纠结的就是，家里没有老人过来长住的计划，觉得买了这个suite有些不能物尽其用
。因为同样3000sqt都在房子本体的话，房间就都要大得多。考虑短期内可以把这个sui
te 租给不太需要做饭的租客(或者装个电炉在living room可以做简单的食物)，可以改
善现金流。但是又觉得都买house了,还要跟别人share yard什么的，肯定不是长久之计
。
马上就要决定了，大家能给点意见吗？谢谢! |

范围内是个不错的deal，下了一个asking price的offer被接受了。我觉得floor plan
还不错，lot size也算够，在周围一片drive way parking的房子中他还有个2-car
garage，感觉没啥硬伤。
但是这房怪就怪在有个停用两年的pool（估计是不行了，填平8k）+ 一个地下室完全独
立的inlaw suite（有冰箱，sink，抽油烟机和stove，breakfast countertop, 外加从
garage旁边独立出入，甚至有单独的hvac）。
我妈一个人，所以以后估计要过来，LG也是独子。一开始觉得有这个做好的厨房挺好，
空间seperation也够。后来稍微search一下，发现第一，这个改建没有county permit
for sure，所有能legally 使用的assumption几乎都不成立（county好像最近有放宽
inlaw suite和第二厨房的规定，这个还得再问）。现在的做法是让seller把stove放车

, 130/night for weekdays, 170/night for weekends. living area and bedroom
area divided by wrought iron. Make sure to get suites in Venetian tower (

a low card means I don't like higher suit,
a high card means I don't like lower suit.
However, it may also bring some problems. In my opinion,
a true signal is often the best if you have a good partner,
because a "risk-free" signal can sometimes mislead your partner....

another issue, when a defender holds more than 4 cards in the suit,
my new method is good. However if he holds less than 4 cards, traditional
method is still the best. That means if we have bid the suit and partner
leads an obvious singleton, my new method works well. Otherwise, it's still
good to play standard suit preference. |

，直杀最前沿。想问问，在60-70度的水温（再冷估计在海里也呆不住），穿什么样的
wet suit比较好？哪个牌子的比较好？wet suit好象有个厚度问题，还有size，5'6"身
高穿什么样的size比较合身？M还是S? 研究了半天还是不太明白。谢谢。
PS： 车送去检查了一下，不是什么大毛病，说是TPS switch有问题，导致
transmission工作不正常，所以震，花了160换了个，车暂时运转正常。 |

interviews, a few law school events, personal events (friend's wedding, etc)
, and perhaps your summer jobs depending on the legal market and type of

I would say even a Brooks Brothers suit is on the expensive side for a law

Yesterday, I visited a Theory store since their suits have good reputation.
I gladly found that they even carry 00/P in the store (I can only find 0 on
Nordstrom.com etc.). Their suits look good. Among the jackets I'v tried, I
like "Rory" most since it has a slimmer cut than others.
If you have problem to find small size suits, you can pay them a visit.
