“伊斯兰债券”(sukuk bond)这个词有点怪。债券通常与利息支付联系在一起。sukuk
指的是一种符合伊斯兰教投资原则的金融工具，而这种原则是禁止支付利息的。
然而，过去十年，这种以美元计价的债券类工具得以迅速发展。据汤森路透(Thomson
Reuters)称，今年迄今，伊斯兰债券市场已经募集了略多于190亿美元的资金。募集活
动在2007年达到顶峰，为接近250亿美元。
受到这个市场吸引的，如今已不仅仅是希望获得符合伊斯兰准则资金的银行和公司，也
不仅仅是只购买此类产品的投资者。比如，欧美投资者已经开始通过购买伊斯兰债券来
获得对中东银行的投资。不到一个月前，这个市场出现了一件里程碑式的事件：通用电
气(GE)的金融子公司成为第一家发行伊斯兰债券的西方工业企业，为了吸引新的投资者
群体，该公司完成了5亿美元的发行交易。
过去一周，伊斯兰债券的交易活动来了个急刹车，整个市场都在思忖可能是该领域规模

最近一段时间上证指数从11月16日的2486点上涨到12.25号的3157点，中国利用A股大开
闸门引进国际投资资本沉淀的同时挤压热钱出中国的目的，获得了阶段性的胜利：在经
历了与高盛集团和国内影子银行的双重夹击下，我们仍然引流了大量的资本进入基建、
电力等实体经济领域，同时我们用降息和人民币的贬值对热钱 进行驱逐；面对高盛做
空唱衰中国的做派，人民日报对其发出了严厉警告；反过头来对于国内规模高达3.5万
亿美元的游资代表—影子银行，中国以反腐为突破口开始了对地方债务的甄别和剥离，
意图砸烂 “影子银行—地方商业银行—地方政府贪官”这个三角同盟；
首先，血饮对中美在外围争夺国际资本作出自己的分析，本轮A股市场的大幅度上涨之
前血饮在文章里就说了这是以德意志银行、贝莱德投资公司、摩根史坦利为首获得中国

来的，其中德意志银行用完了本年度自己的全部RQF II额度。
