6/28 485/131/765 sumbit (myself with LD)
9/23 LD got EAD/AP comb card.

11/01 I got my GC and EAD.
12/16 LD's 485 online approved.

confirmation number. And USCIS will mail you a notice in 30 days. I did this
last week and still waiting for USCIS notice. |

Can I leave States after I file 485, AP and EAD together? Right now my
status is H1-B and I am Canadian citizen and do not need visa to reenter
States.
Normally how long to get AP and EAD?

可是跟公司商量一下，发现麻烦啊。
麻烦大家给我分析下。
我们是小公司，2012年年中的时候跟一个大公司合并了，但是现在还是独立运作，所以
以小公司的名义file我的eb1b。当然小公司的名字里加了大公司的称号。
我跟公司说eb1要税表，公司说：
1. 2010年的tax return很差，最好别用。
2. 2011年的没问题。

如果PD是8.1.07的话，应该是11.1.11 才递交的485 申请，连FINGERPRINT都没有做，

Trackitt统计的数据可以很明显看到：
1月第一周递交的25%左右已经报绿（1月份递交的485有一半集中在第一周）；
1月第二周递交的也开始零星报绿；
1月第三周以后递交基本上还没有报绿的。
我估计最近三周内，1月份递交的485会逐步大面积报绿。
