投了8,9个openings大概有5个左右的phone interviews. Phone interviews 都是在投
了两周之内收到的，似乎两周之内没消息就表示没有进入long list(不知道是不是这样
。。。）。phone interview后一周内基本就收到了onsite邀请。两个感觉很差的phone
interview 没有拿到onsite机会，其他三个都拿到了onsite.
为了准备phone interview，从mitbbs和其他网站上查了很多常见的问题，列了一些在
下面，标了星号的是面试中被问到的问题。不同学校有完全不同的关注点，有的学校尤
其关心你的research，有的更关心teaching,还有的关心funding.

整个calendar year内是否有FSA coverage，而不在于是否有contribute到FSA。我们因
为有去年的$500 FSA balance rollover到今年，所以看来是不能enroll HSA了。我们
的HR看来也没理解对。
不过，是否有办法把我从spouse的FSA coverage “remove”出来？FSA账户上是可以把

简历要把你的objectives和qualifications放在最开头，分几点summarize一下你的
qualifications，关键词就在这部分充分体现它的作用了。然后才是教育背景和工作经
验等介绍。首先用第一部分吸引对方注意或者力求在对方公司的简历自动过滤中突围而
出，对方才会拿到你的简历接着往下看你的经验背景。简历不要太长但也不要太短，我
的是整整两页，虽然我几乎没有任何工作经验。
我是交钱请人帮我修改简历的，以上经验是从我的writer那里得到的。一开始我觉得我
的简历是不是太长了，连学校里干过什么学过什么课都洋洋洒洒写了不少。当然人家用
