will camp most nights. i start to reserve camp sites. most of the sites
only 3$per night per person. and on the remote beautiful beaches.
currently, i have scuba diving ( twice, probably two days), sea-kayaking (
one full day), hiking ( 4~5 days), skygliding and zipline at different
hiking trails on my mind.
i have not made reservations yet. but will soon once i know whoelse is
coming.

我开车去沙滩SURFING， 沙滩BOARDWALK上有个医院，我经常停车在医院的地下车库里
，因为只要有VALIDATION停车费一天才5美刀，所以是最划算的停车处。我SURF了2小时
，又SUNBATH了一个小时，决定打道回府了。把车慢慢地开了出来，刚刚出了进出的栏
杆，当时车速像蜗牛一般，大概5麦都没有，于是就听见嘭的一声，于是赶紧从车里跑
出来看个究竟。发现一只穿小短裤的杨白劳趴在地上，自行车躺在一旁，嘴里说，‘你

doctor suspected Asthama. He did prescribed the medcine with a machine (I
completely forgot what that is) to creat the mist. She needs a mask to
inhale the mist. That works well for her. When I researched the asmatha in
the internet back that time about 6 years ago, it said it is common for kids
in my area (north east). Part of the reason is due to long winter and kids

鼻涕，晚间很轻微的咳嗽，第二天咳嗽加重，但是也只是咳嗽，吃完晚饭开始呼吸声加
重，很快呼吸就出了问题，明显有些吃力，弟弟8点多睡了，wheezing很明显了，而且
呼吸很快，达到56次每分钟，略微有体温，咨询了护士之后，说由于呼吸频率高，体温
的原因，让立刻去ER。。。本来还犹豫，担心ER要等，被护士一说慌了，赶紧奔医院了
。。。这里说一下，小宝还是慎重些，ER没那么可怕，可能我们比较小，情况比较紧急

也算老驴友了，游戏攻略没写过一篇，感觉很对不起自己，那些去过的地方（尤其是知
名度略小的），以及其他驴友们。趁最近工作比较闲发个宏远，不就是看图说话吗！就
从最近的说起吧。
五月底去Cozumel纯属偶然。
本来精心策划的两周半挪威之行因为很一个荒谬的原因没能成行，不甘心结婚十周年纪
念日就这么过了，就考虑找一个比较近的地方玩几天也算有个交待。三四月的芝加哥还
是春寒料峭（不，应该说冬寒比较贴近），当然渴望‘面朝大海，春暖花开’了，就把
目标锁定了美国人民最喜闻乐见而我们至今还没去过的墨西哥。我们俩既不会游泳冲浪
，又不爱晒咸鱼（sunbathing），唯一感兴趣的是浮潜（snorkeling)。放狗一搜，墨
西哥浮潜最好的地方是东岸一个，在Cancun南37英里，叫Cozumel的小岛，奏是它啦！

down to the wreck beach. Been there a few times, and it's always packed on
a warm summer day. People seem to enjoy being naked and just having lots of

There are some nice viewpoints and trails in Shenandoah. Small but pretty
waterfalls. Nice fall foliage. And quite a bit of wildlife too. During my
last two trips there in 2001, I encountered one adult bear, one bear cub,
one very satisfied rattlesnake (with a huge bulge in the middle of body,
sunbathing), one snake of unknown species, dozens of deer, a few wild turkey

我们去BI 住了11天还觉得很累 岛太大了
没弄清楚你旅游的目的和团队成员，不好提建议
如果只是要休闲减压的话，在一个岛呆6天比较好
如果是要到处拍到此一游的话，不能领略夏威夷微妙的地方

- Skip Waipio
- Akaka is nice
- Kona farmer's markat is worth a trip (fruits!)
- Mauna Kea is VERY cold. make sure you bring enough clothing
- Skip any coffee farm (waste of time)
- Big Island cookie company is a good place to get some good cookies as
souvenir
- If you are just going to do 晃晃or 走马观花at beaches, skip those. they
