发帖数: 3763 | 13 两周前定购的象印面包机上周收到了。昨天用新买的面包机做了一次面包。加上以前的
一款SUNBEAM(日光束，简称日光)面包机用了差不多三年。所以，刚好两种牌子的这两
款面包机都自己使用过了，这次谈一谈自己的使用体会，比较一下这两款面包机，给大
家一点点参考：
1）价格。 象印的2磅loaf这一款，平时价格在两百到250美刀左右，打折的时候，在
175左右（亚马逊两周前的deal，白色的在175美刀左右价位）。日光的这一款也是2磅
的loaf，一般的时候，价位在50美刀左右，感恩节黑色星期五deal的时候，可能30美刀
就可以买到了。所以，两者的价格差别是很大的。
2）做工。象印的做工不错，内胆不粘锅涂层明显要好一些。这次周末使用，用象印的
做了一次面包，做好后倒出来，面包一点都没有粘到锅内。日光的那一款面包机，做工
也不差，但算不上精致，内胆涂层就是常见的不粘锅涂层而已，原先使用的时候，偶尔
还是有一点点粘到锅内的，但粘锅问题不是很明显，不影响使用。
3）使用寿命。象印的这一款，刚刚到货，所以没法就是用寿命发表意见。但是，日光

上面铺床单用的，从来没有贴身睡过，所以很新很干净。用这个以后晚上可以吧暖气温
度调低，有电热毯就可以了。有助于节省暖气。有9个温度当可以调节，10小时自动断电

to pick up some disposable thermal heating pads then noticed the Sunbeam
Body Shaped Heating Pad on clearance, regularly $42.99 marked down to $10.74
. Model number is 902-510. I' have it plugged in and on my back right now
and it feels sooo good.

算硬。
我用的是为爱走天涯的方子，然后增加点糖的量，随便加点干果碎核桃之类。

我们西版名厨樱子用的是Sunbeam，不过我看她贴的图是和完面拿出来整型的。
我朋友用过breadman，也用过sunbeam，她都是dough档结束后拿出来整型，她说两个牌
子都不错。
如果你是第一次发酵成功后，把面团取出做各种造型然后用烤箱烤的话，买sunbeam就
可以，毕竟便宜很多。 |

这个面包机，不光能够自动和面、恒温发面、自动定时烘烤。
比如，头一天晚上，把面粉、酵母、配方、鸡蛋、水等等打进去，订好时间。凌晨两三
点钟面包机自动启动，自动和面，然后发酵，自动烘烤，烤好后自动断电。早上6点起
床的时候，就有香喷喷松软可口的温热的面包当早餐吃了。喝一杯牛奶，吃一两块新鲜
面包，孩子们很喜欢的。
原先用过sunbeam的面包机，也很好使用，很方便，也是2磅的面包容量。就是有一点点吵，和面的时候声音比较大，不过其他方面都还好。刚开始需要经验值来调整配方和烘烤时间，不过，几次就完全熟练了。我们的sunbeam用了将近3年，一直都使用的很好的，没有故障。不过，上个月月初给用坏了。当时不小心酵母加多了，也没注意。结果，机器凌晨自动和面，然后按照原先预定的程序恒温发面，由于酵母多加了一倍，所以发面发出来的体积过大，机器自动开始烘烤的时候，面体溢了出来，溢到了内胆之外和外胆内壁之间，和发热丝直接接触了，开始碳烧了。由于是凌晨，大家都不知道，一直到家里的smoke alarm报警了，才把大家吵醒，跑到厨房一看，乖乖，都开始焖烧了。没... 阅读全帖 |

但是，sunbeam的那个，虽然和面的时候声音有一点吵，但是放到厨房，卧室关了门是
绝对听不到的。那个和面的声音，穿透力并不强。
但是，要是卧室不关门，而厨房离卧室不远的话，夜深人静的时候机器自动和面，还是
有影响的。
噢，对了，sunbeam的那个，面包机内胆是垂直的，应该比象印的占地面积要小一些。因此，sunbeam的那个，要节约一点空间。
象印的这个，据说有一个微波炉大小。 |

面包全部都焦碳化了，整个机器都焖烧黑了。用刀把那些焦炭全部刮掉，清理清洗干净
后，接通电源，机器还是能够启动。
只不过，那个焦炭味焦油气味没办法去除，所以整个机器就没法做面包了，报废了。
所以，sunbeam面包机机器本身质量还是很好的。俺们那是操作不当引起的人为操作事
故。
