Soak for 8 hours in purified water.
Rinse and allow to sprout for 1 day.
1 head celery
1 large red onion
4 carrots
3 cloves garlic
2 lemons, juiced

天上飞的开始可以用2个snapdragon占据2，4行，第4列的位置。外加各种坚果。地上走
的普通僵尸不用阻挡，1个snapdragon干掉普通僵尸没问题。如果有戴帽子的僵尸也可
以在第5列用坚果阻挡。撑到西瓜出来了就好了。我在有飞行海盗的关卡一般都是提前
往没有铺板子的船舷放坚果。
基本流程如下：
twin sunflower x 2, snapdragon x 1, twin sunflower x 1, snapdragon x 1. 如果
需要就放坚果。同时不停补充twin sunflower。有钱就西瓜。
这时注意看有几波僵尸。如果只有1波，总共6-8个twin sunflower就够了。如果2波，8
-9个。如果3波以上，10个twin sunflower。
sunflower补充好了以后，西瓜基本也快每行一个了。开始放冰冻西瓜。同时拆除
snapdragon，因为跟冰冻西瓜冲突。如果只有1波僵尸，2个冰冻西瓜之后基本就没了。

油有用. 楼主推荐的我们都用过, 我们用的效果最好的两个油不在这个单子上.
第一是Vanicream, 我们的第一选择, 也是小儿皮肤专科医生推荐的, 湿疹厉害的时候
就靠它了, 如果Vanicream还压不住,下一步基本就是激素了. Vanicream和Cerave有点
像, 但每次用我都发现比Cerave效果要好些.
第二是sunflower oil, 这是保湿和湿疹比较轻的时候用的, 我们试过olive oil,
coconut oil, 觉得还是sunflower oil用着最好. 如果湿疹厉害的时候, 光是
sunflower oil是镇不住的. |

这两种都是organic。别的walnut, canola oil不是organic 6.19， 6.xx, 货相当多。
买了3瓶asian stir fry+1瓶sunflower，做后倒赚的3个1c都化到sunflower里了，花了
5毛多4瓶。
小二胖子刷的看都不看，还满顺利的。希望CAMPBELL也是那样。
