sunol有两处让我喜爱，第一是这里生气勃发的初春时的颜色，满山的绿色中渗透着新
苗才有的鹅黄，夹之以星星点点的野花，更让人觉得活力充盈。
相形之下，那些四处可见，常年皆绿的颜色就过深而显着暮气沉沉。
向以为天下山水可分两种，
一是天朝的人文山水，以泰山为最，--- 无一石一花无典故，无一溪一涧无传说。游之
可与古人心通而发幽思。
一是美帝的天然山水，旷则旷矣，美则美矣，然并无精心打理，是“山随平野尽，江入
大荒流”之类的美。景就是景，人就是人，没有交融。
所以我喜爱sunol其二是由其精致而秀丽的景色，幽静而不落荒疏，峰路回转之处，常
有惊喜。更兼山水相依，平添许多生趣。
Sunol，是一个可以在大好春色下放任心情的所在。 去年来时，自然而想起稼轩之“我
见青山多妩媚，料青山，见我应如是。情与貌，略相似。”今年悠然而至的是“岱宗夫
如何，齐鲁青未了。造化钟神秀，阴阳割昏晓。

Sunol Regional Wilderness 是我最喜欢的湾区公园。之前每年春天都会去Hirking，
每次眺望嫩绿的绵延山丘和多层次的树林还有青青的草地，都会把我粉得五迷三道，觉
得它好美好美。
这里有着得天独厚的地理环境，温暖的气候，全年都可进行户外活动，每年还会有一次
野花节的活动，深受小朋友喜欢。如果你是户外运动爱好着，那么去Sunol Regional
Wilderness绝不会后悔。
我就来带你探访一下Sunol Regional Wilderness。公园离Fremont市区只有三十分钟的
路程，很适合时间紧迫的登山族。公园入口处有一收费站，门上贴着每车收五美元的停
车费，不过我们去的时候没有收费员，也无自动缴费机，就免费啦。公园地址： 1895

顶着湛蓝的天空，听着小鸟清脆的鸣叫声，沿着Ohlone路走一小段，迎接你的是一片紫

地点简介：
Sunol Regional Wilderness位于东、南湾交界处，Fremont东面，
紧挨着Mission Peak。本周日走的路线全长约5miles，起伏约1000
feet，难度不大，2.5个小时一般可以走完。现在还没有彻底的春
暖花开，但这里view应该还不错，全程大概有2/5有树荫
天气预报：周日中午温度在【71】度左右，晴天，山顶处可能有风
装备：hiking shoes, sun glasses, light jacket, 2-3 bottles
of water,【明天太阳比较大，建议带上防晒霜】
费用：每辆车进公园的admission fee是$5，所以享受carpool的
同学请根据这个以及油费犒赏司机（每人平均$3-4应该差不多了）

查了一下，去年这个时候也H过一次SUNOL，今年重温一下。这
个时候草应该有点绿了，不过花儿还没有全面盛开，主要是这个
地点隔东、南湾的同学都很近，680下去不远就到了，就当做锻
炼身体、BURN一点FAT了。
时间：2月4日（周六）中午12点半
地点：Sunol Regional Wilderness
地点简介：
整个往返路线的hiking长度是7.5 miles，总起伏1800 feet，难度中
等，估计全部下来需要3.5个小时。
天气预报：周六最高温度在67度左右，partly sunny。

yeah, to me, $37.5 for sunol is abit "ji lei" deal, since i can walk the course. playing with a member there, you can get $28 with 1 hour early twilight rate, walk.
but it is not bad deal for folks like to play on weekend morning, to accommendate LD's shopping schedule. :) |

发帖数: 19471 | 16 对于高手们来说可能九洞+5是常态，对俺自己来说是个人最好成绩。打的是Fremont的
Sunol Valley Cypress Course，蓝梯，总长6200码, course rating是69.2，坡度120
。天比较冷，
没热身，前九打得惨不忍睹。到第八第九洞左右才达到一个比较能够放松挥杆的状态，
找到了tempo。后九基
本每个洞都是GIR或接近GIR。果岭周围草浅地平，chipping lies较为forgiving。
putting一般，两个
3 putts，两个1 putts，其他都是二推进。off the tee也一般，还是有些slice，但因
为consistent所以通过向左瞄和轻微的stronger grip调整了。亮点集中在approach
shots，5铁-wedge shots都很solid，基本没有miss hit。

拍照地点、野花和秋叶情况，也可以结伴去拍照。自从Calphoto关掉之后，每年的野花
和秋叶状况都不容易找到精确信息。如果感兴趣的人多，大家可以组织起来。湾区周围

。收在整100。
蓝梯，6865 yards, 72.3/123， par 72
比起一个星期前的sunnyvale white tee, 长了1100 码，所以我一直在用3号木。
回家一对比，发现成绩差的原因就是推杆。一共推了43杆。上次sunnyvale 只推了32。
而且sunnyvale par 70, 所以不考虑推杆的话，这场打得还要好一些。
我现在觉得，如果击球很solid,场子的难度就主要体现在果岭上。sunnyvale 果岭很平
，sunol valley 果岭就有上下起伏。大雨过后更不好推。
不过这种上下起伏的果岭好像不太好练。更多靠临场发挥。 |

Turn out I played 2 rounds so far.
one round, 91, 38 putts, 3 penalties
another round, 88, 40 putts, with 2 birdies (if not that two birdies, that
would be at least 42 putts)
43 putts is a bit high, but it is about normal range for my putting. But 32
putts is a very extreme to me.
I played both Sunol and Sunnyvale before. It is normal to take 5 more putts.

错很不错。我们走的是caynon's view trail很美丽啊。近距离和各大牛们接触。。非
常的有感觉也很好hike不象昨天某id发的那个华山hiking让人p滚n流的感觉。
天气其实还是有点warm的但是有微风走的一点都不累，所以我是建议穿短裤外加一长袖
hoodie，带瓶水。女的还是要记得防晒。 |

1. sunol下的mission hill
2. 680东的valley
3. 680西德foothill, las positas北
有没有熟悉pleasanton的，比如xinerwu给讲解讲解？

发帖数: 2997 | 49 蜱(Ticks)，俗名草爬子，在湾区分布广泛。蜱以吸血为生，可传播包括莱姆病(Lyme
disease)在内的多种人畜疾病。春天正是其若虫的活跃期，湾区蜱的莱姆病带菌率为4-
15%。蜱对人和动物的气味敏感，喜欢潜伏在路旁水边的灌木或高草顶端，一旦被碰触
，就转移到人和动物身上。蜱附着力强，但爬行缓慢，通常会顺着袜口或裤腿往上爬，
寻找下口之处。出去春游的同学们一定要提高警惕，穿长裤，最好把裤脚掖在袜筒里。
爬山时尽量走路中央，不要碰触路边的植物，不要在一个位置停留过久。要频繁检查自
己和别人身上以及背包，一旦发现直径4mm左右、椭圆型灰褐色面目可憎的小东西，要
立即掸落碾死。
我去年在Mt. Diablo曾经发现数只蜱。今年在Mt.Diablo和Sunol Widerness都没见到，
有些放松了警惕，结果昨天在Edgewood County Park险些中招。走一条小路的时候误入
了一个不让进的地方，急着出来，结果穿了一小片灌木丛。出来一看，好家伙，裤子上
四只蜱正在往上爬。大惊之下不顾曝光之危险，把帽子、背包、上衣、裤子和鞋都脱下
来检查了两遍，在裤子上又发现两只。穿好衣服走了几 |

sunol is not recommended. |
