如果DIY的话，可以用防水帆布shade，或者直接上sunscreen

stain it, don't rubber it with damp cloth, just use dry tissue to absorb it
and leave the stain there. after a couple of weeks, the stain will be gone.
it's just like skin, sometimes you may dirt your hand with auto grease and
hard to clean your hand. but after a few days, the dirt will be just gone.
what really kills aniline is sun light. don't put your aniline under direct

上。
probably pretty bad sun burn, wear protective cloth when go out, apply cool
wet dressing, apply sunscreen next time, don't know what meds your doc put
you on, normally are topical steroids, or oral indocin, i don't know about
whether oral steroid help or not, probably not, also make sure to prevent
secondary infection,
don't think sunburn would leave you any scars, it's not like thermal burn,
but sun burn might damage your melanocyte and you might get "bleached", ever

那里的很多护肤品都是对孕妇和胚胎没有伤害的，尤其是belli这个牌子据说是唯一经
过teratology screens的护肤品。我用了几星期感觉很好，特地来推荐这个网站。
孕后我的豆豆长得厉害，以前用的控制豆豆的护肤品里都有不良成分，没有这些东西的
味道又受不了.这次买了belli的acne face wash, 味道非常清淡，也洗得干净，洗过几
次以后豆豆明显地被控制了。Belli的sunscreen是 oil free的，带有light滋润作用，
我就拿来当day cream用，感觉也很柔和，没有刺激豆豆。还买了其他几个exfoliaters
和 Mama's Masqueraid Maternity Masque。这个masque里基本上是honey，好像目前为
止没有什么不良效果。
大多数的东西价格中等，那个Belli的防晒霜比较小，算稍微贵一点吧，其他的东西量
都很多，估计可以用上好几个月。 |

面霜有时候用cetaphil, 更多的时候啥也不用。
出门一定涂 belli facial sunscreen SPF25，物理的，这牌子专门给孕妇设计
唇膏用burts bee + nivea (一种深蓝色的，一种浅蓝色带spf的)
没眼霜
你还需要抗妊娠纹的belly butter，嗯，我用mambino |

的东西都整理了一下，也想让老公看看我到底都添了些什么。然后愕然发现自己居然收

过嗯，还是很可怕。或者，我可以算亲妈？
决定不再继续屯东西了。除了以后必要的convertible car seat和high chair（或者就
买个booster seat算了）以及再添点奶瓶奶嘴必要的小东西以外，争取不买什么别的了
。嗯，不过还是打算等deal把大家推荐的小鹿，海马买了吧。
第一次当妈，果然是很恐怖的事情。

我去年带俩高中生做暑期课题，就是看各种nano particle对细胞的影响，至少我们的
实验看起来，ZnO明显是比TiO2毒的。
不过我们的儿医是说尽量不要在太阳厉害的时候带娃出去，如果大太阳出去还是必须要
用防晒霜的，但也是越少越好。不过黄种人本来得皮肤癌的几率就比白人低吧，所以还
是少用防晒霜为妙 |
