Apparently there is a big difference between Sunscreen and Sunblock. The
main difference is: sunscreen only protects against UVA and UVB, it does not
however, block out all the damaging effects of the sun and it needs to be
reapplied every two or three hours. Where sunblock, keeps out almost all of
the sun’s harmful UVA and UVB rays, and it does not need to be reapplied
as often. It also prevents you from getting darker, as in my sons case.

发帖数: 3206 | 15 没错，按颜色分别有白色，浅蓝色，粉色和金色4种。按防晒倍数分有50和32两种。
看我拍的照片，右侧四只都是安耐晒。简单说一下，你可以选择适合自己的。
32倍的是town use，包装跟其他的都不一样，白色瓶口倒立站的。适合平时上班用。
50倍的都是直身扁瓶。金色是户外防水的，我觉得不需要就没买过。其他几种我都买了
。银色的是"perfect smooth sunscreen",前年买的，去年和今年日本市场已经看不到
了。粉色是"perfect pearly sunscreen"，上身有闪烁效果，很美，适合夏天全身搽。
浅蓝是"perfect essence sunscreen",上个月离开日本前屯的，还没用，估计是现在替
代银色包装的吧。
它的防晒品都一点也不油，非常清爽，KOSE的ALLIE也可以，但是我更喜欢安耐晒。
顺便提一下FANCL，这瓶我也特别喜欢，是我用的第三瓶了，有修正肤色的作用。 |

我的皮肤: 刚读完大学的时候脸上不停地长痘痘,大概过了2年终于停了..现在夏天皮肤
是混合偏油或油性,冬天是偏干,总之很难侍候. 而且皮肤有时容易敏感,对大多数的
sunscreen和粉底/BB cream/ting moisturizer要么觉得很油,要么发痒或长痘.
Cleanser:
1. Shiseido skincare purifying cleanser. 这个是我用过最最最好的cleanser,洗得
非常干净,有很细很细的磨砂,适合每天晚上用,早上用的话可能就嫌干一点.少量就气泡
,一管可以用很久. 这个我已经用了好几年了,好像自从用了它以后洗脸很干净,然后自
此以后就没有满脸发痘痘了.
2. Philosophy Purity的洗面奶.这是温和派的洗面奶,适合早上用.

记得在wegman也见过regular/baby/face的，但没有sports。mm如果不在太阳下长时间
exposure用regular就够了，像我每周末都海边暴晒一整天的对sunscreen要求超高，选
了又选看上了这款，是我目前用过的最好的sports sunscreen. 刚上身的时候惨白，5
－10分钟才能吃到皮肤里。不过效果没得说，别的防晒油每2小时reapply？这个我每4
个小时上一次就够了，还water resistant。 当然任何防晒油都没有防止晒黑的功效，
这款也不例外。

三次面，看了样板房，也看了社区中其他在建的房屋，除了外观觉得不是特别喜欢，其

房子大约3800sqft,5 bed + 4 full bath + 3 car garage + 0.3 acre lot.所有的厨

However, I did not use it on my baby at all. I think the sunscreen is
irritated to their skin and I was told you have to wash with soap twice to
get it off their skin.
Instead, I put on hat and sunshade for him and avoid time under direct
sunshine 10:30 - 3pm. My boy got tanned for the summer but he was fine.
The caregiver and most parents(whose kids go to the same daycare) agree with
me on this.

最喜欢的还是Aveeno。另外一个也很好用的是neutrogena。我家老三跟我一样对紫外线
过敏，涂Aveeno的SPF100 或者Neutrogena的SPF100，夏天在海边暴晒（我们每隔一两
个小时给他们重新涂一次），也抵挡得住。
Neutrogena的sunscreen spray，有防晒指数很高的（100+），在所有的sunscreen
spray里面，是我最喜欢的。 |

New rules for sunscreen in the works
In 1993, the Food and Drug Administration proposed new regulations for
sunscreens. Significant delays have occurred as the FDA wrestled with
changing science, the finer points of testing and labeling requirements, and
a flood of public comments. New rules were finally scheduled to go into
effect in May 2010, but the FDA postponed the target date to October 2010.

u should put some sunscreen on ur body before u go kayaking next time.
speaking of kayaking, i went kayaking couple months ago, and i forgot to put
sunscreen or didn't put enough on my legs. afterwards, my legs look like
