The lifetime of a temporary is ended when the expression generating the
temporary is evaluated.
So,
Foo const& foo = static_cast(Foo()) will yield a dead reference,
pointing to destroyed object (the
foo). Isn't it a programming error?
So never explictly construct a reference to a temporary - doing so will
invalidate the object behind the
reference when the initialization statement completes.

errors.
there could be a good chance there are bad sectors in boot section.
1. try to boot into safemode, and disable the automatic restart, try to reboot
the machine, see what happens.
2. if you can't boot into safe mode. you may have a failed hard drive. connect
the hard drive to another computer, try to recover your data and install a
new hd.
3. if you think 1 or 2 doesn't apply to your situation. take it to your it

REG相对简单，但是四门考完真的觉得最难的就是REG。非常感谢那些magic notes，因
为NTS要过期了，所以没有时间把书都看完就去考，那些notes真的帮了我很大的忙。大
家如果可以好好利用,绝对可以让你复习的时间大大减半并且提高效率。我full time在
public做，考试期间还经常OT,我就复习了两个星期，但是notes是随时都带在身上，一
有空就看，把上面所有的内容都看了不下3遍。虽然不能保证高分，但是pass应该够了。
，但是也不能误导大家，事实证明了我的ethics and legal responsiblity部分是
weaker，只不过对最后成绩影响并不大。题目我用的是09年的题库，我是星期四考的，
考前的那个周末两天在家没日没夜把题目都做完的一遍，supp questions没有做。 |

omitting the section will break the paper) or what is supporting evidence.
Keep in mind that in a paper you are telling an interesting story, not
telling the reader every single experiment you have done. For example, some
supporting control experiments can be moved to the supplemental data. Just
mention the results in the main text, and refer to the supp file for details.

doesn't take much time. the supp figures in these manuscripts do not
correspond to each main figure. so clearly they are directly sent out for
review in their N/S format.
my friend's manuscript also went through a similar process (rejected by
science, directly sent to cell and sent out for review). they were asked to
change the format after the acceptance decision had been made.

，学的是OTC里最常用的各种药品。内容非常繁琐复杂，但那居然是我最喜欢的一堂课
之一。所以后来学完之后很久，我在各种讨论和病历中都能记得许多，甚感欣慰……哈哈
OTC中有一大块，是病人和商家眼中的宝：保健品。在病人眼里，是抗击疾病，提高身
体健康，弥补不健康生活方式的救命稻草。在商家眼里，哈，不用说了——一年总销售
额超过30 billion。在我眼里，保健品，又分几类——维生素/微量元素，自然提取物
（这里又该分类了：临床有意义的/临床弄不清楚意义的/临床没有意义的/甚至是临床
危险的），功能性补充，等等。pharmacy的学业注重的永远当然是处方药，但在实际
practice中，这些OTC有不可小觑的重要意义。
第一个问题，就是保健品的意义是什么？前面说了，商家在保健品上常常能够大做文章
，不管是进行临床试验还是其他。保健品由FDA管制（DSHEA)，虽然FDA说了，所有的
dietary supplement上必须有一条声明：这个保健品不能治疗预防疾病，但是不妨碍保

than Lasix. Lasix causes increased sensitivity to hypokalemia and increased
volume depletion in cirrhosis pts. Pt is hypotensive. Also with the hctz the
pt may not even need potassium supp any more.
Protonix 40 mg given in a 2 min infusion is on formulary at the hospital I

快100岁的病人没有dementia Hx，但是LOC有变化（一天前病人还能写下家人的电话号
码），只能回答自己的名字，别的问题都无法回答
primary RN，charge RN 及house supp RN都认为应该由家人（家人在外州）做决定是
否给病人很aggressive的治疗，病人没有advanced directive/POA，但是当时的医生坚
持问病人，病人一会儿摇头，一会儿点头，反复几次，最后可怜的病人就被那个医生认
为是同意了，然后。。。
