I-539 PDF文件下面有个Instructions for Supplement A to Form I-539的文件，上面
写着Supplement A是给V Nonimmigrant Status的：

你可以查一下信件，之前的supplemental tax的bill（不带penalty）应该只直接寄给
你了。你的银行的escrow account帮你付了supplemental tax with penalty比较少见
，之后应该会叫你补钱进escrow account。你可以打电话去问一下银行的customer
service看看他们怎么说，如果说他们本应该付supplemental tax，那么这个penalty他
们该负责；如果他们回答你escrow account只负责regular payment，这次只是one
time help，那么恐怕penalty需要你来付了。

1）缺什么补什么。不需要的吃下去反而加重身体负担。那些胶囊阿的辅助成分也都是
需要肝肾去代谢的。
2）挑品牌、看成分，尽量选成分天然（organic）地。不懂的话上网看review。
3）剂量不是越高越好。很多supplement（尤其是工业合成的）一片就超过每日maximum
value了，吃每种产品之前最好自己查好安全量，心里清楚过量服用的副作用。
4）通常是分次吃更好吸收。请注意每种补充品之间的互补和制衡作用。
5）吃这些有没有用，自己心里应该最清楚。可以多注意身体的反应，观察自己的饮食
、睡眠、排泄各方面情况。
BTW，“DIETARY SUPPLEMENT” is not and could not be defined as “食品”，it'
s just supplement. Don't fall in to the trap of the supplement industry. |

样。你多要没关系，如果manager嫌多，他／她会要求你去掉相应的人数的。

但問題來了 我做的是EDA (Electrical Design Automation)領域 算是軟硬都有的
但前公司用的SOC code是17-XXXX (Electric Engineer)
新公司用的SOC code是15-XXXX (Software Developer, System Software)
請問這樣485是不是會被拒了...全部號碼都不一樣...
這幾天為了這個真的是鬱悶死了 好不容易等了一年的485眼看就要黃了...
請大家給我點建議吧

最近收到了supplemental property tax， 基本上就是按照我们的买价重新算了税。
我以为大家都这样，直到我查到邻居的bill， 发现他们的房子的new value只有我们的
一半。 因为都是买的新房，几乎一模一样的model，邻居估计是去年3月,4月买的，我
们年底买的。肯定不可能他们花了我们一半价钱买的房子。那是不是他们让 county重
新估价了？还是什么情况？
p.s. 小区其他的房子的supplemental property tax差不多也都是按成交价重新算的。 |

在米国如果搞药店丢，这些supplement大部分花费很少，免费，倒赚就可以搞到。人的
心理可能有几种想法：
- 米国supplement质量好，不怕假货，吃多没事。
- 这么便宜不吃白不吃
- 补的越多身体越好。
补这么多到底真的有没有作用？潜在的副作用又会是什么？吃这么多会不会相窜？如果
不是真的需要，还是少吃点好吧。 |
